The Spirit talk's to our hearts and conscious, If you don't know that it is wrong you wont feel guilty.

Rom 7:7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.
Rom 7:8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.
Rom 7:9 For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

The law points out sin.
We can choose if we follow the Spirit or follow the carnal nature (flesh). We do have a choice.

The same Spirit that guided and gave Christ the victory is offered to us by Christ and that Spirit obeyed the law of God.
Rom 8:12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
Rom 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

If you are willing to observe the Sabbath, you are willing to do it, You did it of your own accord, why should you object to others, who have not objected to you doing it,

And whether Sunday or the Sabbath which one is right?

Don't try to explain to me that the Catholic Church has changed the time so that Sunday cannot be counted as a Sabbath, but the obvious point is that those who take Sundays off can't go to heaven, only those who take Saturdays off can go to heaven, this is not a debate about the Sabbath, this is a debate about who gets to heaven

There is lots of evidence to show that the seventh day sabbath is friday sunset to saturday.

I'm not judging anyone about their relationship with Jesus.
I'm just sharing the blessing of the sabbath rest. It has been a blessing for me and my study of the word supports to keeping of the sabbath.

Yes, the Sabbath day is Friday sunset to Saturday sunset. One of the churches I attended in my 20's observed the traditional Jewish Sabbath from a Christian perspective. We didn't do any work outside of preparing meals and getting ready for and traveling to church. It was a day of rest where we focused on prayer, Bible Study, fellowship, and church services.

I still observe the Sabbath on the weekends, usually Sunday now, because it's nice to take at least one day off a week to focus on God, my family, and enjoying some mental and physical rest to refresh my spirit. It's not regimented and super strict like it was under the Old Covenant. Ultimately, Jesus is our Sabbath rest today.
