brother used to work for Fisher and Paykel but he was not in the washing machine division.
However he wasnt that loyal to the brand and his own washing machine is a Miele.

I dont know what brand the machines are at the laundrymat. Im waiting for a fine day to do the rest of my washing at home but not having much luck this week.

I am going to do my bi-weekly wash later today. We have Samsung washer and dryer. The problem with living at home with family is that you practically have to take a number and wait for your turn. It can get aggravating at times for sure.

I never want to do mine unless you or Melisa have a load in then it reminds me that my pile is getting higher.. There's always tomorrow...

I feel the same way. Why do something today when it could be put off until tomorrow.

Today was laundry day. Typically, I do it every 2 weeks.

As stated, in earlier posts, I don't bother to separate anything, besides, I don't have any whites to separate. Who has the time for all of that drama? Of course, I have learned that whites can be other colors beside actually being white. It's complicated, I am perplexed. Feel a headache coming on.

Lately, I have been practicing my folding skills, pants, and T-shirts, and long-sleeved sweatshirts. Whatever folding skill I previously developed seem to be in rapid decline.

For a while, I thought about ironing my jeans and maybe the T-shirts but never got around to it. After folding my T-shirts today, I noticed that they looked kinda lumpy, and could possibly use some ironing. The truth is, I never bothered to learn how. Perhaps I will put learning to iron on my goal list to accomplish for 2023. It's a very short list for sure.

My wife has offered to do my wash as she has done in previous years, but what's the fun in that? What's fun anyway?

Seriously.

My daughter has given me both of my "smart" phones.

I was happy with a flip phone. :giggle:
I had a simple flip phone for years, Easier to us, no fuss or muss. Hard to find those now. Never had a smart phone but my next phone will be one. Don't have much choice really.

I buck the trend of online everything, and trying to use my phone for posting is extremely challenging.
I don't understand how people can do it on a regular basis. I do find the mic on the phone handy
if I have a lot to say to someone, but that is usually only in PMs. You have probably noticed that
most of my posts are fairly short and to-the-point. Say, is there a Scripture verse you or Darlene
would like to see a panel of? I feel a need to start a new one, but have no particular verse in mind.
It is usually best to get the verse situated early on in the design process
. :D

I see, designed a panel around a particular verse rather than working a verse in a particular panel. My favorite verse is "Jesus wept", as it shows his humanity along with his divinity. Sad verse but it remains one of my favorites.

Thank you, Jerry, and I do like them short and sweet, but two words was just a bit toooooo short LOL
so I hope you do not mind that I looked for verses that would go well with those two words for this:

Psalm 145:20-21
:)
