Passing the buck. Now there are conspiracy nuts who think anyone who does did so because they got the vaccine.

Ot her nuts claim anyone who died of a flu did so because they didn't get the vaccine.

I know! Similar to Babylon Bee articles these days, it's hard to tell if this is a satire site or not. We're at that point in clown world where things have reached such a circus level, one can't tell! It's very subtle satire, if so.

I know some people had been warning of this point for decades (myself only one), and were simply dismissed as "conspiracy theorists". Then when our warnings finally came true, it's "Oh, you didn't warn us enough!" Maybe I have a warped sense of humour, but that's why I laughed when I first saw this.

Don't forget the immense censorship. We warned, irrespective of the massive censorship. I know I was banned from a "Christian" site numerous times for "giving medical advice" simply because I warned of the dangers of vaccines.

Yeah legaly you can't give medical advice, your not a licensed physician.

Like an inmate I wrote, she wanted me to obtain information regarding one of her cases, I tried but they refused because I am not a lawyer.

My objection to the vaccination is Purley because our prime minister is an unethical liar.

Well, after all Sheriff Moses, we aren't qualified state licensed physicians.
Those decisions must be left to the experts.

Yeah. But being an anti-vaxxer, and explaining the reasons why, is not medical advice. Such sites which exercised censorship like that have blood on their hands, and I hope to see them prosecuted to the full extent of the law and beyond - similar to the Nuremberg trials which were held post WWII.

The next step would be to have people prohibited from reporting crimes unless they are also police officers, 'cause you know, only the police would really know the difference between a true crime and legally protected behaviour.

That is true, but their is a difference between educating with an informed opinion and giving medical advice.

It is possible, that is why I advised her to get a lawyer when I first started writing her. Rules and regulations can differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

In this case I can understand the concerns a state court would have releasing information to someone who never met the inmate in person and lives in Canada. Even though the inmate specifically asked me to inquire into the issue on her behalf.

I don't think it's going to get that far, the law is a complicated matter, especially when differentiating between civil and criminal matters or what the difference is between a misdemeanor or fellony.

Then the different forms of law from criminal, to civil, or realestate to tort etc...
