You're trying to compare a petty traffic infraction to someone participating in an attempted insurrection. You need to work on your trolling skills
No I am comparing petty traffic infraction to a grandmother being waved into the congress building by the police only to be charged with the heinous crime of trespassing.
You continue to lie about these ones who have been convicted of insurrection. Many were convicted of trespassing, not insurrection.
The real comparison is of the two women killed on that day to this boy being killed. One woman was shot dead by the police, she was unarmed, posed no threat, and had no prior criminal record. Is there a trial? Can't we at least get this policeman to stand trial and prove one way or another if he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt? Nope, this war veteran is treated like something to be scraped off your shoe while these five police get the book thrown at them.
Also, we are told that it was a minor traffic violation, but why no video footage of that? Also what about resisting arrest?

How about the man who left a pipe bomb, what was he charged with?

No, I think that everything you have said concerning the supposed insurrection, when in fact many who were convicted were not charged with insurrection they were charged with trespassing can be revealed as being totally idiotic when compared with this kid being beaten to death.
Which is why many on this forum are alarmed at police abuses like we have seen with the January 6th prisoners.

I never compared what this kid did to the guy who planted the pipe bomb, or to Ray Eps, or even to the Antifa thugs who brought equipment to break into the capital building on Jan 6th.
Once again you are repeating a lie. Many of the ones imprisoned and convicted were only charged with trespassing. Ashli Babbit was shot and killed, for all we know she would only have been charged with trespassing.

However Ashli Babbitt did not break the glass and there is no evidence she did any damage to the capital building, nor does she have a criminal record and there is no evidence of her planning an insurrection. So, no other potential charges for her.

Not making excuses for those who were so stupid to do what they did, but if the Republicans had won the election and those who did this were left wing students and blacks, those charges would have never been filed. Would have been called a "peaceful " demonstration.
As for as this man in Memphis being killed, inexcusable and those guilty should be punished.
Seems the number of bad cops is growing.
I'm glad they were swiftly arrested. Maybe there won't be any riots
