Exactly. It is a miraculous, regenerating work of the Holy Ghost on the heart that brings a new creation.
And not a work of the fallen mind of fallen flesh in any way shape or form.
What worries me is how anybody can fail to understand this. Despite the DOZENS AND DOZENS of similar verses that I have posted on this thread.
