If someone claiming to be a pastor said what you claim, and it remains hearsay, and a claim without proof, they are not a pastor. Because pastors are educated about scripture. And a ridiculous statement such as you interjected into this thread to help your point that ''OSAS'' is untrue, is not something an educated pastor would ever say.
Because such a statement as you attributed to someone you claim was a pastor demonstrates they have never read the New Testament.
It also makes me fear for their wife's safety.

Some things are temporal and some eternal. Since Romans 8:1 says there is therefore no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus, all a Christian's sins are forgiven. Hence, not having our sins forgiven must be temporal and mean we are separated from the blessing of God, not the salvation of God.
Incidently, any sin separates us from God this way and confession will restore the fellowship.
Also, the Lord's prayer as a whole deals with temporal matters.

"...As for the others, it is just as God has said: “So I swore on oath in My anger, ‘They shall never enter My rest.’ ” And yet His works have been finished since the foundation of the world."

When did God leave His rest? Isn't 'that day' (that God rested from His work) also, 'a certain day' that God again designated as "Today" (Hebrews 4:7)?

And I am not accusing you of believing it, but I have had people say to me "my name is on the roll (church roll) I'm good. They never attend church, they don't change their lifestyle, they live as they please but they said a prayer once, repeated what the pastor said, now they are saved. Nor do I believe to the other extreme that if you sneeze you're backslidden. I believe there is a middle ground. Once you are saved, you're saved, no external forces can separate you from God, but you can walk away.

There are genuine Christians and there are nominal/pseudo Christians. There are genuine believers and there are make believers. Not all Pastors are genuine believers.
