Steve Bannon has claimed that the invasion on the Southern border, the millions of illegals that have come across and the hundreds of thousands who have died from Fentanyl overdoses should be the basis of the first article of impeachment.

Others have felt that the Hunter Biden laptop, the evidence that Joe Biden is "the big guy" who received 10% of the money coming from these foreign countries including Ukraine and Russia, the fact that Biden by his own admission violated US law to threaten to hold back US funds designated for Ukraine unless they stopped investigating his son, and Biden's lies to us in public about this should also be an article of impeachment.

But now we have these documents that were mishandled by Biden. At first we were told that there were far fewer documents than what Trump had, but since then we have discovered more documents on three different occasions and at three different locations. Biden expressed shock at how irresponsible Trump was and yet his actions can only be seen as far more irresponsible. These documents are classified as top secret because they reveal sources and processes by which the US gets information. If they are not handled responsibly they put the lives of those who work with the US at risk. To have these documents in unsecured locations for six years is a felony. It rises to the level of "high crimes and misdemeanors" and if articles of impeachment are not entered immediately it will implicate the entire federal government in Biden's crimes.

I have no problem with a special prosecutor investigating Biden because I suspect there is much more that we don't know. But what we do know is sufficient to remove him from the Presidency and that should be done immediately for national security. It will be much easier to investigate and prosecute him if he is no longer president and no longer in a position of power. He has already testified that he has used his power to obstruct justice in the investigation of his son.

Let's run through one scenario.

1. Donald Trump is tried and found guilty of mishandling classified documents while Biden is still president. This would trigger a civil war. Everyone would see the hypocrisy in that. In order to have a trial of Trump that the rest of the world would view as just you have to first impeach Biden. Therefore anyone who wants to see Trump tried for his handling of the documents should want to see Biden impeached. It is imperative that Biden be dealt with immediately and speedily. Trump is not as urgent, he isn't commander in chief. If you want a special prosecutor to investigate that is fine. But removing Biden immediately is imperative for national security.

There is one very big difference between these two cases and it is not that Biden was vice president six years ago and didn't have the authority to take those documents. Yes, if there were a trial or impeachment I am sure that will be a major issue that is brought up regardless of whether or not we are talking about Biden or Trump. The biggest issue is not that Biden has had these documents for six years, four more years than Trump had his, and yet they weren't found until now. The biggest issue is not how these documents were not kept securely though that is certainly the crux of a criminal trial or impeachment. The biggest issue is that we are at war right now with Russia, and it is imperative that our Commander in Chief has the full faith and trust of the military and National security apparatus. Everyone who handles classified material knows that if this were them they would be in jail by now. Everyone knows that classified documents concerning the Ukraine and the UK are not trivial at a time like this when we are at war in the Ukraine, the UK is our closest ally and the CCP had access to all these documents.

With the documents there is sufficient statute to impeach him….the whole border situation (to me) is an impeachable offence ….but, who does that leave us with ….Giggles?

Since the Repub’s control the house.... the only concern (hopefully) would be “executive orders”. And I believe the handlers of Giggles…. would remain the same as Joes handlers.

I do wonder if this whole document thing is a controlled set up to allow Biden a resignation exit… in effort to avoid a disgraceful Laptop autopsy which is already in progress and would expose numerous illegal dealings and money laundering with China, Ukraine, and who knows where else.

I don't think that Kamala Harris is an excuse not to impeach Biden. To me it is like pulling on a thread in a knitted sweater. You pull Biden out, it won't take long before Harris is gone too.

The unravelling of the sweater will work out to salvation as it will wake up many people and let them repent for their error in putting this guy in the presidency and vice presidency. We have had many seemingly incompetent vice presidents, however the cost for doing that is not rubbed in your face until that VP is made president.

I think those who put that guy in office are incapable of regret. They put him in office so they could work their agenda behind the back of a mentally addled man who is just happy to finally be in the office he was deemed unworthy of all those other times when his mind was right.

That also has a purpose, when they appear before the Lord's throne He can use this in their trial.

Long? Really? I expect the US to suffer tremendously from this illegitimate regime in just the next three months.

I would not be surprised if we are hit with natural disasters never before seen, followed by some supernatural events and a nuclear attack by Russia and a number of other enemies. I would also expect the US dollar to become worthless, as well as the stocks and bonds to become worthless.

There will be catastrophic famine, looting, riots, and death.

The US is a jenga tower and God is going to pull out the critical piece that makes the whole thing collapse.

No idea what this means.

1. It is so obvious that Biden must be removed from office. Either he is criminally negligent or he is completely incompetent and putting the entire nation at risk. Either he should be removed for high crimes and misdemeanors or he should be removed because of the 25th amendment.

2. I worship the God of the Bible, Jesus Christ, Lord of all. I don't know what God you worship, but my God has made it clear that every jot and tittle of the Bible will be fulfilled. I watched this lady after smashing her new car. She was crying out to the Lord. Nothing turns people to the Lord better than when they lose everything.

If losing your house and your car and going hungry and being sent to fight in a war where you know you will die is what it takes to turn people to the Lord then so be it. Better that then to spend eternity in hell.

You should have a HUGE PROBLEM with any sham action taken by the DOJ and FBI against Biden. This will all be theater since the whole administration has been corrupted and the citizens are "the enemy" now while the rule of law is dead. So what will the prosecutor say? "Joe Biden was well within his rights to break every law on the books, because the Bidens are ABOVE THE LAW". End of story. Give Biden a pat on the back for destroying America."

If you read what I said, I believe Biden needs to be removed from office immediately, either by impeachment or by the 25th amendment. Once that is done the investigations and prosecutions can begin and whether you want to prosecute for what we already know or whether you want to investigate fully I'll leave that up to the experts on the best way to proceed.
