Amen - Jesus is God- The Logos Word- or, Utterance of God when He spoke Himself into flesh through immaculate conception. So many awesome scriptures y'all have posted say so- so many in the Old Testament solidify them. Thank God for JESUS!
It must be closely noted that Paul always referred to the Father as God and Jesus as Lord; Peter also did the same and Jesus also did the same.
1 Timothy 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour
1 Saviour and he is God Isaiah 43:11, Jesus is the saviour of the world 1 John 4:42
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. = Jesus
He also said
10 Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.
11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
4 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
That's why Jesus said you must be born again, God sends the spirit of his son into our hearts that cries out father
Yes, this one is related to the colon reversal surgery. Also, he lifted a small AC Unit even after I told him I will help you. The AC unit was so light, I could lift it with one hand. The Doctor months ago told him his lifting limit was less than 20 lbs. He is altistic and wants to please everyone. My should surgery limit is a cup of coffee and I seen to be able to lift a lot more than before with my good shoulder.A new hernia? So another one?
Some call that discernment.
Some call that malarkey.
First time I've heard it called pain but frankly that's as good as either of the others.
That's ok, I enjoyed the laugh. God Bless, DanielI apologize. I thought you were connecting the 2 thoughts. I didn't intend to make light of your suffering. I'll keep you in prayer.
I have always wondered if the Son of God, Father and Holy Spirit have one will or three wills.I agree with the Father being distinct to the Son. Not one persona. Two personas. And with the Holy Spirit .. three distinct personas. But actual seperation I don't see. Because the way the interelate isn't of seperateness. What the Father does, the Son does and the Holy Spirit does.
Jesus sends the Comforter-- yet it is Jesus who can be 'in the midst' of a church.
So.. just to clarify I don't see Jesus as the Father. But because they are part of the one triune God.. they are not seperate in that way.
I will be kicked off soon.Agreed, but what verse says the Son of God freely renounced all the privileges of his power to come down from heaven? When did the Father give it back?
I will be kicked off soon.
As to the question, When did the Father give it back?
I am guessing it has to do with glory.
Mark 10:37
They asked him, “Let us sit in your glory, one on your right and one on your left.”
Luke 24:26
The Messiah had to suffer these things and then enter his glory, didn’t he?”
John 8:54
Jesus answered, “If I were trying to glorify myself, my glory would mean nothing. It is my Father who glorifies me, of whom you say, ‘He is our God.’
John 17:5
“So now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world existed.
John 17:24
Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am and to see my glory, which you gave me because you loved me before the creation of the world.
Acts 7:55
But Stephen, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked straight into heaven and saw the glory of God and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.
Revelation 4:11
“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory, honor, and power, because you created all things; they came into existence and were created because of your will.”
Revelation 5:12
They sang with a loud voice, “Worthy is the lamb who was slaughtered to receive power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and praise!”
Revelation 5:13
I heard every creature in heaven, on earth, under the earth, and on the sea, and everything that is in them, saying, “To the one who sits on the throne and to the lamb be praise, honor, glory, and power forever and ever!”
Revelation 14:7
He said in a loud voice, “Fear God and give him glory, because the time for him to judge has arrived. Worship the one who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.”
This is only my guess to answer your question, brother, friend.
I have always wondered if the Son of God, Father and Holy Spirit have one will or three wills.
Clearly as a man Jesus would have a human will.
God and Jesus are both saviors.
To a degree.. but He would always do the will of the Father. Bound to it perfectly.

There is one savior.....Isaiah 43:1 but he saves from many things, You need to ask who can save your soul
Ephesians 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
The baptism isn't water
John talked about one that would come after that would baptize with Holy Ghost and with fire
