No what gets someone ignored is being a hateful dig at who says people should go to jail just for their sexual preferences.. he's saying that someone's meer existence is a crime.

If God said homosexuality is an Abomination, then Isn't it God saying above all else I decree same sex is not a combination for marriage?
After all, you said one time you were a Christian and have read the Bible. So you know in Revelation explaining Judgement Day that God is not only going to remind same sex people they were never married, but He will remind them He thinks they are an Abomination to Him and then He will cast them into the Lake of Fire for all eternity.
Now what I just wrote is a Biblical Fact using God's EXACT words.
So, knowing how God feels towards homosexuality and the idea of them being married, wouldn't I be a hypocrite not to warn them?

Since there's a Law that allows same-sex marriage no one is committing a crime by getting married.
This is the problem when secular Law and God's Law clash.
Clearly, the homosexual is not following God's Law and that is their right to do so.
Also, until God forces His Law, secular Law is what going to be enforced.
It's like watching the timer counting backwards but all one can do is warn others to what God's Law decrees but they cannot enforce anything because there's a human Law standing in the way.
So, you are literally watching people pave their way to Eternal Damnation and you gotta let them do it because they have the Law and Right to do so.

Jesus himself said if someone doesn't want to hear the gospel, you walk away and wipe the dust from your feet. He never said force your beliefs on anyone
So yes you are correct. People have a right to not follow biblical principles

Homosexuality used to be a crime in America....it still is in most countries outside of Europe.
Now where these countries are too poor to engage in mental health treatment...it still is a crime. It's the only way they have to deal with these people.
West Africa is almost ready to stop all single American men from coming on tourist visas...because they keep trying to Homosexualize their young men and boys.
It's gotten that bad.

This is just me thinking here:
I have a family member whose job is research.
They literally research everything.
I am always in communication with her and she shares solid numbers with me.
Now, we don't discuss what one thing means in relationship to another but I do in my mind.
There's several things I could bring forth but in comparison to your post I have quoted I am mentioning 2 specific data facts.
1. Since 1995, Psychological Disorders have been a major concern because studies show in some areas it relates to 50% of births and the first years of development.
2. The rise in Atheism and disbelief in God is around 80% and the biggest core of non believers are ages 18 to 25.
You can also get similar numbers from Pew Research and other credible sources.
But, if I take numbers 1 and 2 I can easily deduct that those who suffer from Psychological Disorders are also Atheist.
And that is alarming because these are the future people who will make up the USA.
You think when there's more Atheist than believers there's not going to be any issues.
But we're talking about people with real Mental issues here.
I totally believe there will be issues because these people already feel picked on now.
But when they become the majority, I don't believe they will be mentally stable enough to coincide with anyone who opposes them.
