if you were to read Loving V. Virginia you would know that such rights are protected by the establishment clause and the equal protection clause.

"State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

No: a lot of married people don't even know why they got married, and many regret it afterward. But really, if you don't want the GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL INCENTIVES of civil-marriage, there is no reason to go to the government to get married at all. They don't need to be involved.

And yes, that is exactly what they are- privileges. Financial incentives.

then why do you insist that same sex couples want to get married just for the societal benefits?

And in the context of what I actually wrote: if people who were married in a traditional marriage were not already married through the state and receiving the benefits from that- then no, gay people would probably never have pursued marriage through the state.

And the "benefits" I am talking about are absolutely "personal benefits". SOCIETY benefits by people being married in accordance with the BIBLE. PEOPLE receive PERSONAL BENEFITS (MONEY, insurance advantages, et al.) through government policies, that doesn't benefit society, that benefits the people getting "married".

Like I said, if you cared about gay people so much, you'd care about single gay people too, but you obviously don't, because if you did you'd understand what I'm saying.

After reading my attachment since I am on my mobile and cannot copy/paste, explain to me how is it possible for same sex people to become ONE FLESH which is God's distinction of marriage?

ALSO NOTICE GOD CREATED THEM MALE AND FEMALE TO BE MARRIED, NOT SAME SEX.

Gay marriage advocates don't actually care one bit for gay PEOPLE.

Because if you really cared about gay-people you wouldn't make them get married to give them a tax advantage, and you would just let them cover whoever they needed to cover with their insurance instead of making them get married to get someone covered. The gay-marriage agenda is not even a pro-gay agenda, it's an ANTI-CHRIST agenda. They are USING gay people to advance an agenda that is contrary to the bible and THAT'S IT. They just want people to think the bible is wrong.

No such thing as "secular law" when it comes to the topic at hand.

The rule of law is not like the rules of grammar.

Law can never been blind to moral distinctions nor can it avoid making moral judgments.
 
I bet a lot of these gay-marriage advocates don't even engage with real gay people. It's all about denying Jesus, and that's it.
