If there is no God, why should they worry about prayer in school? They are afraid of the God they say doesn't exist.

Okay let's go over this again. The lady in the 70s sued because her son was forced to participate in a prayer. This was a violation of his constitutional rights.
If your child wants to pray in school no one can stop him or her, as that is his or her constitutional right just like someone else's child has a constitutional right not to.
Because there might be students who are Muslim or Hindu or some other religion and they have rights too

Yeah that's what I said. The government can't pass laws that favor anyone religion or discriminate against anyone religion. All religions get equal protection under the law

deist
Christian, muslim, buddhist, atheist, everyone gets equal protection under the law in America as per the Constitution
