Maybe people get married too quickly and realize they're not compatible
One thing that takes place is not asking for His guidance in who to wed, we are after all to take ALL things to Him for His guidance and blessing. So often we find someone who will stand still and get married and then ask God to bless something He had no part in.Marriage should not be a contract but a covenantcheck this out
the reason most marriages won't work is because we have no Honor or Respect or Reason
virtually any man and any woman can be married and have a happy marriage.
There are a lot of reasons why many don't but the crux of it is we are haters of God and His Instruction.

You would have to be your mind reader to know what someone else hates unless he tells you
I don't have to read their mind, God tells us what we think.
go read psalm 53 or John 1 or Psalm 32. there are a tonne of other verses but those are pretty darn good ones to start.
Compatibility is simply baloney. Everyone can be compatible when it suits them and incompatible when it does not. A lame excuse.
Probably because marriage is work and people get lazy and selfish. The "honeymoon" period wears off and they forget love isn't always a feeling, but a choice.

actually I do know 'my' Bible and even know THE bible
what you don't know, is who does and who does not follow scripture when it comes to marriage or anything else

what I do not agree with, are people coming on here and thinking they are some kind of prophet
if you apply what the op said to society that could be true but we don't need more people telling us all what we believe and think and then telling you to go read your Bible

A lot of couples are unequally yoked and some believers are not compatible. In the world its selfishness, boredom no patience and not willing to endure anything in the marriage. This is expected because they do not trust God. Christain marriages are falling for the same issues as the world. With God in the centre and glue in your marriage you should withstand any storm. Even if you fall out of love or you feel you are not compatible anymore GOD can help you to bring that fire back amd you can start growing together in your Goals and dreams together as a couple. It is so easy and acceptable to get divorce or separate these days.. being married is still the right thing to do..

With my late wife, she would just talk over me until I give up and then complain that there's no communication
