Good Luck staying here for the 7 year tribulation-----you will all wish that you believed in the pre==trib rapture
No luck needed. And wishing for a pre-trib rapture won't help either.
God's Word is very clear. There are only 2 resurrections; one for the saved and one for the lost.
Dan 12:2 - Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake:
some to everlasting life,
others to shame and everlasting contempt.
John 5:28,29
28 “Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice
29 and come out—
those who have done what is good will rise to live, and t
hose who have done what is evil will rise to be condemned.
Acts 24:15 - and I have the same hope in God as these men themselves have, that there will be
a resurrection of both the righteous and
the wicked.
So, in all 3 passages, the blue words refer to the saved, and the red words refer to the unsaved.
So it is very important WHERE one places that single resurrection of the saved.
And, just to be clear and sure, 1 Cor 15:23 - But each in turn:
Christ, the firstfruits; then,
when he comes,
those who belong to him.
The purple words refer to Jesus has being the FIRST to receive an immortal resurrection body. Acts 26:23 - that the Messiah would suffer and,
as the first to rise from the dead, would bring the message of light to his own people and to the Gentiles.”
Recall that many people had been raised from the dead, both in the OT and during Jesus' ministry on earth. But Jesus is the FIRST to have an immortal resurrection body, as Paul taught.
Orange words refers to the Second Advent. In the OT, there are just TWO advents of the Messiah prophesied; first advent as a baby to become the Suffering Servant, and second advent, as King of kings and Lord of lords, to rule in the MK.
Blue words refer to EVERY BELIEVER from Adam forward. iow, ALL believers will receive their resurrection bodies at the same event, which is "when He comes".
Finally, Rev 20:4 proves that the single resurrection of the saved is AFTER the Tribulation, because tribulation martyrs are mentioned as being resurrected and reigning with Christ for 1,000 years.
Then, v.5 tells us the resurrection of believers is the FIRST resurrection. Recall there are only TWO resurrections total.
Finally, v.6 - Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.
teaches clearly that only believers are in the "first resurrection" and repeats that they will reign with Christ for 1,000 years.
----when God's wrath is poured out on this earth
and all God's Children are gone ------
------
Just remember do not accept the Mark of the Beast or your done -and hell bound ---keep the faith throughout your torcher-----
I say ---
In order to prove from Scripture that there will be a pre-tribulation rapture where Jesus will take all the glorified believers back up to heaven, you need a verse that actually says that.
Do you have such a verse? That's where you need to start.
I am so happy that I will be gone and kept away from what horror that is coming upon thus earth ----so greatfull every day -----
At some point you are going to realize that the tribulation has begun. Looking at current events, it appears that the first 2 horsemen have been released already. Study Rev 6 and see for yourself.
I will be eager to see what verse or verses actually shows Jesus taking glorified believers to heaven.
