In hindsight I am thinking that you meant for your quote to be taken in humor.
Paul stated that we really should not jest, maybe because someone could take us seriously and then confusion might develop.
I was guilty of humor for quite a while as it was a part of my nature for a very long time, maybe developed because I wanted to be acceptable to (or liked by) everyone. But today I bite my lips or apologize when it comes out from longstanding habit.
Then again you might be very serious which could be a serious problem.

Man, does that bring back memories!! When I was a kid, we used to have mud fights with mud from the bottom of stock tanks. Yeah, I know, but hey...we were country folk, and that was good times to us. When I grew older, those mud fights took place during breaks on the oil rigs.
