I wish I could help with these long and outstanding chat app issues, but my expertise is not mobile apps.

people are addicted. so to make the addiction work, the app needs to be fixed. unless someone knows a working alternative that matches what this app does when it works.
So perhaps it part of a cunning plan.... or perhaps it is just so old and cant be fixed ....
