The chatroom app has not been updated and is no longer displayed in the google store app.

The chat app has been problematic for a while, not been updated for some time, and has since been removed from the app store. This site is free but does accept donations which gives perks to new members of being able to initiate PMs (which grandfathered in members can do without donating), and also allows you to request a particular "title" of your choice under your name. Yours now says new member because you are new, will change after a certain number of posts have been made, and continue to upgrade until you reach senior member. I am not sure about any other perks aside from knowing you are contributing to the upkeep of one of the best Christian chat sites available
