This is Canada.
I wasn't looking for this. I just stumbled upon it while looking for the latest Jay Dyer's Analysis for my "Predictive Programming" thread.

https://www.infowars.com/posts/dist...-ginormous-prosthetic-breasts-spark-backlash/

My shop teacher was mean, made sure that all girls had hair tied back, jewelry and watches removed and had a name that corresponded with the number of fingers left on his hands.
Things sure have changed since 8th grade.
From the article:
According to Reduxx, “The man seen in the photos and videos is a Manufacturing Technology instructor who allegedly began identifying as a woman last year.”

From me:
Perhaps this uhhhh person in the article will get those pathetic prosthetic things caught in some of the manufacturing tech equipment and............
:censored:

That's the first thing that came to mind.
Safety hazard.....shop class 101.

The second is, how can anyone at that school keep a straight face?

Most kids in that school are probably stoned on the latest drug.
Unfortunately, that's probably true of many.
Our wood shop was 8th or 9th grade and a few were using the drill press to make bowls. These weren't going to be taken home for mom's to serve breakfast.

In my martial art and fitness school, I had talks with parents wondering why sometimes their 12 year olds acted like they just chugged a 6 pack. I was told Ritalin or the doctor was going to adjust their meds.

I made a bowl in wood shop in 7th grade. Not a pipe bowl though. Didn't turn out well and ended up as scrap. During the same year in metal shop, I fabricated a little toolbox. Kept that thing for years.

Hahaha! Me too! I gave it to Dad. He passed away. I will have to get that out again. If I remember right, it was mahogany stained.
Maybe walnut. There must've been the same curriculum shared around the country.
We started with how to wrap cord kits, probably to train for the crafter circuit making key chains. Lol.
I remember that tool box, open top with a dowel rod handle.
We had a lathe but it didn't see much use. Certainly no bowls. Those are some of my favorite artwork though, with various figured hardwoods.

I went back to reread you post and missed the metal shop part. So you made a good tool box from sheet metal. Probably learned how to braize too

Actually, I finally did learn to braze.

Are male and females created in God’s image or only males?
As I understand it and I do emphasize this, God is both male and female. I seem to remember at Bible College it was explained that the word ëlohim" was the female side of God's nature and I think it gives us a clue to why we have Adam and Eve as both have different characteristics that make up the whole AND why we don't have Adam and Steve.

Yes it seems like when God created man in His own image, the word for man is actually mankind, human beings, people.

Genesis 1:27
27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

No, the word mankind is not from God. The correct translation is male and female
