In case anyone wants to know, Mission Impossible has 2 accounts. He is also Chess Player. He states he has tried to get that fixed, but in the meantime, he is using both accounts.

Can you show me chapter and verse where it says God did not tell this person anything? Do you think God does not speak at all, even through scripture?

It is immensely foolish to make such statements based on one's own understanding. What if the person did hear God speak, but you called God a deceiving spirit? Have you ever read why Jesus warned His opponents of the unpardonable sin in Matthew 12?
No worries. He blasted me for nothing. I'm not even the one who made that statement. He needs to cool his jets.

Modern Jews have revived the ancient Hebrew and have translated that into English for us. We are blessed to have this at our access.

The TR has many issues like the 2 Scholars and New Testament Theologians have provided. It's not just 1st Corinthians.
Thank you,
That did not answer my question. I understand fully that Hebrew and Greek have been translated into English; however, not all words can be done that way, for example, "Atonement".

op: cessationism is correct?

I stand Corrected (?), as I previously thought:
I believe "that which is perfect" is "The Revelation Of The Mystery"
Divinely Given To Paul, From The Risen/Glorified LORD, From Heaven!
FOR The Body Of Christ (Romans - Philemon), Today, Under GRACE!!
Then, later, studied more, and wondered:
1) Is it "Christ, Who Is Perfect." Is HE the neuter gender that?
2) that canon (300 years later?) is perfect
3) that rapture (of The "Body Of Christ) is perfectly glorified"?

4) Is that Paul's letters = "The Revelation Of The Mystery"?
In the beginning "gifts (signs)" are there, Confirming
his apostleship And authority, From God, as THE "apostle
TO the Gentiles."

But, in the end (prison epistles?) of the chronological [studies I and II *]
order of his letters, where are the "gifts"? Paul "DOES Not mention them
any more, but DOES mention sickness and infirmities (post 169), AND:

"The Power Of Christ Resting ON the infirmed,"
for the rest of the Current Dispensation Of GRACE?

5) Acts ("that which is in part?) is finished and complete,
God "Setting Israel (sign seekers?) aside" (Acts 28:24-28)?
"But Now" that I have prayed about, and Carefully reconsidered, I now
believe that "that Which Is Perfect, And Has [Already] Come," would be:

"The Power Of Christ Resting ON the infirmed" (II Cor. 12:9).

Scripturally Confirmed By the fact that Paul had already "penned the
following," thus The Revelation Of The Mystery was still INcomplete
(so can't be that):

2Ti_4:20 "Erastus abode at Corinth: but Trophimus have I left at Miletum sick."
+
1Ti_5:23 "Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake
and thine often infirmities."

Makes sense, Resolving ALL of the Confusion, Correct?

GRACE And Peace...

Or you could consider the context of the epistle and realize that Paul leads up to other topics that he will address.

Chapter 13 mentions
tongues.... prophecy.... the coming of the perfect.

Chapters 14 and 15 expand upon
tongues...prophecy.... the state of the believer in the transformation and resurrection at the return of Christ, and the end when Christ delivers the kingdom up to God.

How about considering the message woven throughout the epistle?

You need to read slower

I'm not the one who said 'God told me something' . Who are you listening to?

Did you fail grade 3 reading? Chill out. smh
I read what the post said, if it wasn't you, I apologize, but I have to say that the post appeared to be coming from you. Sorry. There is no need to get nasty.

Unless God still does talk to people. If God does, which I do believe He does, then you may have just called God a deceiving spirit. I think it’s better to take a more cautious approach when it comes to the spirit realm if you aren’t really sure who or what you’re talking about. There are good reasons to not use slander against spirits, the devil, or anyone.

Let’s look to the rarely quoted wisdom of Jude:

Jude 1:8-10
8In the very same way, on the strength of their dreams these ungodly people pollute their own bodies, reject authority and heap abuse on celestial beings. 9But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not himself dare to condemn him for slander but said, “The Lord rebuke you!” 10Yet these people slander whatever they do not understand, and the very things they do understand by instinct—as irrational animals do—will destroy them.

You have taken my response out of context.

I see. I got nasty? You said I was deceived and persuaded by demonic spirits

either you are a myopic or you are so self righteous, that you are beyond seeing what you did

I don't care about your apology. it isn't sincere at all

AND you have two different accounts here and blame that on the mods

lost you are

ps: you alone misunderstood because you think you are ahead of the rest of us and responded with haste and no understanding

I actually do have discernment, regardless of you saying that I do not. I earned mine the hard way. By dealing with people like you.

I believe He does also. My comparison was to someone who is a cessationist yet he stated God told him something.

The irony was lost on him.

If God speaks to no one, then we do not have His Spirit within us. How are we led if not by His Spirit?
