Moses - A type of Christ
Moses married a Gentile bride before returning to Egypt to save the Jews and bring them up out of Egypt as a nation.
He was 80 when he returned, in the same way Jesus will return with His bride when Israel is 80.
Therefore the "flock of Jethro" on the backside of the desert would depict the church.
This would mean that the burning bush on the mountain of God, mount Horeb, where God called Moses and Aaron to go and be the two witnesses, that would be the rapture event.
So then, this is the message to the Jews at the rapture event:
5 And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground. 6 Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.
The rapture is not some kind of Alien abduction, it is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
7 And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows; 8 And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites.
The message is that God sees the affliction and is come down to deliver.

Elul is the month of Mercy and forgiveness. Moses goes back up the mountain for the third time on the first day of Elul and then he comes down 40 days later on Yom Kippur, judgement day.
So is the two weeks before Rosh Hashanah or two weeks before Yom Kippur, I don't know.
However, it does make logical sense to me that after the rapture there would be a period of time to let that sink in. It could be three days of darkness where the power is down and the internet and global communications are down, followed by the whole world realizing "judgement day is coming"

But, ironically, that also is a fulfillment of the Lord's word about false prophets coming prior to His return.

The issue is not about "when the Lord will return" the issue is about what we should be doing when He does return? Do you want to be sitting in your barkalounge in your private home theater? Meanwhile the house of God lies waste? The pastor of the church had a wonderful insight, he went to the city to get a list of homes in our neighborhood that need help. We have been cleaning up the yards of a number of houses in our neighborhood as a result. The church seems small and yet we can put together a crew of 8 people with trucks and equipment and clean up someone's yard in an hour or two.
5 Now therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways. 6 Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes.
We are seeing all kinds of scary news about how Moloch and Baal worshippers rule the world and are taking action to have complete control over people. How did this happen. Well, a company like Vanguard gives a way for everyone to invest in mutual funds with very low fees. So all your 401k and pension funds go into these mutual funds. Why? If Vanguard owns 10% of a company they get on the board and can control that company. They aren't interested in taking your fees, instead they want to use your money to give them power over all these companies. With that power they will use it to give them more power. So you put your money into a bag, a mutual fund, that is controlled by these evil Moloch and Baal worshippers, just like giving the bag of money to Judas. The bag has holes in it. What does that mean? 20% inflation year to date. If you look at the S&P 500 from the day Biden took power to today you will see 0% increase, however, because your dollar has lost 20% you have really lost 20%. It is a bag with holes.

If you were worshipping the Lord with your resources and labor then we would have a glorious civilization. But what you are seeing today in the US is the result of giving your money to Moloch and Baal worshippers.
9 Ye looked for much, and, lo it came to little; and when ye brought it home, I did blow upon it. Why? saith the Lord of hosts. Because of mine house that is waste, and ye run every man unto his own house.
Many people put their savings into their homes. However, the Lord is blowing on this investment as well. If mortgage rates rise the amount you can sell your house will plummet. I have seen house prices dropping by 120k. The way this works is if I have a house that I bought for 600k I might have 200k in equity, but now when I go to sell if the price drops by 120k my 200k in equity drops to 80k.
10 Therefore the heaven over you is stayed from dew, and the earth is stayed from her fruit.
This is a curse on the middle class. You took care of your house, not God's, you thought this would allow you to leave a blessing to your kids but now God is blowing on it and you are discovering that you are quickly becoming poor.
11 And I called for a drought upon the land, and upon the mountains, and upon the corn, and upon the new wine, and upon the oil, and upon that which the ground bringeth forth, and upon men, and upon cattle, and upon all the labour of the hands.
Stop giving the Moloch and Baal worshippers credit. Yes, they are the ones who are doing it, but they are like the store manager, not the owner. God has called for this. We are seeing massive droughts in the US and China. It is going to have a huge impact on our food industry this year.

We don't need to worry about the Moloch and Baal worshippers, the threats of nuclear war, or of famine, or depression, or plague. As long as Jesus is with us all of that does not matter. He is our rock, He is our high tower, we will be safe in Him.

So the remnant of the church, those who were taking care of their own house rather than God's house, will repent and turn to the Lord and heed this word by the 24th of this month.

Now there is no such word in the bible as "rapture".
The bible would have used that word if it was perfect. God knew before the foundation of the earth that we in this 21st century would be reading his word and he also knew exactly the different words that we would be using to describe his kingdom and the coming of his Son whether the 1st, 2nd or 3rd or 4th time.
If rapture was a perfect word and fit the description that God intended, he would have used that word. God's word is perfect and complete. Not 99.999999% but 100%.
We seem to mix up man's input and man's thinking with God's written word and thus come out with all types of convoluted results.
We should add nothing or subtract nothing from God's word. It is beyond the ability of men, the natural man to understand the bible, even Einstein was overwhelmed by it, and concluded that he could not become a believer in it. (It just did not make any sense to him)
Many are called but few are chosen. The most dangerous men on the face of the earth are those who know (at least superficially) the word of God. Jude (the book of Jude) spoke about these men who were ordained before the foundation of the world to come into God's people and attempt to spoil them.

There is a word Harpazo -- the word means to snatch, take, pluck, catch up, and is what the word rapture is referring to. The word means to seize, to carry off by force, to snatch out or away.

There is also a word "redemption of the body"
The word rapture is a reference to a doctrine and is a reference to a latin word.
One of the places this word is used is in the verse "the violent take it by force". Take it by force is "harpazo". You know you are over the target if you have to "take it by force".
Let everyone beware, Pablocito believes in his own variant of Replacement theology (a term that is not found in the Bible), a doctrine that says that God has replaced Israel with the church. His personal variant is "evolution theology" which he explains here:

I am convinced that replacement theology is correct not because of the passages that you quote but because of personal revelation from God through the Holy Spirit. Of course I can now verify it through the words of the bible as you have just done in Romans 9 vs 6-8.
But replacement theology is a bit incorrect in it's wording. God really has replaced the Jews of Old with the whole world (Gentiles) but also including them (the Jews of today) in the whole world as gentiles.
So it is not really a replacement but rather a type of evolution where the Jews were a shadow of what the entire whole world was to become.
I find this site a type of convulsion as I become nauseated with the never ending debates that are irksome to God. I have seem this before at another site and I had to leave that site about 2 years ago, when God called me to serve Him.
My aim in my personal ministry is not to prove anything to anyone but to proclaim that Jesus Christ is the way to God and to lift up His name and to find more ways than I now am doing to serve Him better.
The rapture pokes a hole in much of his theology (he has been serving the Lord for all of 3 years now). So instead of reassessing his theology he has come to the wonderful conclusion that the word "rapture" is not in the Bible even though it is a reference to Harpazo which is in the Bible repeatedly.

The old testament is the perfect graphic picture of God's workings, but it is only a shadow of things to come, those things to come are already here and we cannot go back to the old testament to be imitating them. The old testament is only to teach us, not to be an example to follow or imitate. Else we would be killing sheep, keeping the Sabbath every week, etc etc etc.
When Jesus taught his disciples and the people he used parables and it is said he did not teach without a parable. You cannot understand the parable literally else you will miss the teaching as the disciples often did in misunderstanding the word "leaven" and others.
Jesus hinted as to how we are to learn. He told Peter "God told you" when Peter answered a very thought provoking question from Jesus.
And that is how we are going to learn everything without exception. We will get it directly from God.
1John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
I am well aware that you believe in "Replacement theology". You also seem to believe that many of the things that have yet been fulfilled have already been fulfilled.
If the church actually replaced Israel as you propose (or if Israel evolved into the church which you seem to think) then how could it have been an everlasting covenant?
Gen 9:16 -- Everlasting covenant with Noah.
Gen 17:7 -- Everlasting covenant with Abraham
Ex 31:16 -- Children of Israel have an everlasting covenant with God
Lev 24:8 -- children of Israel have an everlasting covenant with God
The word for everlasting means forever, always, continuous existence, perpetual, unending future, eternity.
It is a very serious thing to break a legally binding covenant. The covenant God made with Israel makes it very clear that there are serious offenses and how God will respond, but after a period of punishment it says "He will remember the covenant He made with your ancestors".
Your doctrine is lawless and abhorrent. God does not break eternal covenants. Let every man be a liar and God alone be true.

I have come a far way from the time I wrote that first post and after examining it, it is rather crudely written but basically speaks the truth about what I believe. It was spoken in an uncaring manner to those who have opposing thoughts to mine, and I no longer judge or accuse anyone of anything as God has shown me a much better way of addressing others.
We are all a work of progress in Christ as we change into his image. God has revealed tons more to me since that post, opening up the bible due to my diligence in seeking after him.
I cannot share what has been revealed to me, because it is impossible to pass something spiritual from one human head to another human head. I can only repeat incessantly what the bible says such as seek the Lord while he may be found, Today is the day of salvation
and probably most importantly, Proverbs 8:17 - I love those that love me, and those that seek me early shall find me.
Yes, there is a time when it is too late, such as the 5 foolish virgins whose lamps has run out of oil.
The bible is too complex for any man to teach another, and that is why the Spirit of God is needed and is sufficient. Paul the minister to the Gentiles, was the first to show this ability, as he said he did not confer with any of the Apostles or anyone else, concerning God's words to him.
We are in a new era of the last days which John says "This is last time".
In other words this is the end of the end and Jesus told us to watch in the gospels about the end, the signs of the times, such that we will not be caught napping.
Yes we will actually see (spiritually) the coming of our Lord as he comes, as when Noah knew that it was time to enter the Ark.
We are forewarned and it is our duty to be prepared. We have no excuse.

I would advise you to go to book of Hebrews 8 & 9. It will tell you everything about the passing and demise of the 1st Covenant which has been replaced at the time of reformation.
Heb 8:7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.
Heb 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
The bible cannot be understood by one or two verses but the entire bible comes together as one harmonious whole all in agreement with one another. But it take time and to be truthful time is not something that we have right now as Proverb 8:17.
Pro 8:17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
It is finished, it is over, there is nothing else.
Rev 22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
The above verse found in the last book of the bible is not just a statement.
It is a command (similar to God saying - Let there be light etc)
This is the time in which we are living and God's word will not return to him void.
Yes, I would think that all Christians would realize we have a new covenant. Yes I know we have a superior covenant, we have a better blood, better priesthood, better offerings, and better tabernacle.
That does not mean that the first covenant has been done away with.
Anyone, gentile or Jew can receive the new Covenant. Again, that does not mean that the other covenant has been done away with.

We saw a video of police shooting a man walking away from them 7 times in the back. As a result there were protests that resulted in a lot of damaged property. This video of the man being shot in the back is certainly a “thing that will cause people to stumble”. I have no issue with saying they should not have responded by smashing windows. But they talked to a woman on the street and she said it very clearly, if you want people to stop destroying property stop shooting black men for no reason. That said, it turns out there was a reason to shoot him. This man had attacked police previously with a knife and he had a knife in this incident as well. There was a warrant out for his arrest at the time and he was violating a restraining order when the police were apprehending him and he was resisting arrest. Add to that there were kids in the back seat of the car that could have become kidnap victims. This rush to judgement by Lebron and the NBA was an example of this video causing people to stumble. Anyone responsible for stoking the fire of these riots, you caused people to stumble. This led to the riots where Kyle Rittenhouse shot three people killing two. He was portrayed as a white supremacist militia man who had come from out of town to shoot black people. None of that was true. None. Yet the media that stoked this narrative may have played a role in the deranged murder of six people in Waukesha Wisconsin parade. We are watching people get stumbled through stories and narratives coming to us from the main stream media.

Who caused them to stumble? Without a doubt the video being shown on the mainstream media without context, without background information was the most egregious. Then the coverage of Rittenhouse portraying the shooting as racist even though a white 17 year old shot three white men in self defense was also responsible.

This is a very tough word. Only Jesus is qualified to say this, I think anyone else would be ashamed to say this. People talk about being transformed into the image of Jesus and "what would Jesus do". This is where the rubber meets the road. The media needs to publicly repent, if they don’t they will simply continue this irresponsible behavior. Lebron and the NBA need to repent. The police need to publicly repent when they are at fault. The looters and rioters need to publicly repent. In the last year we had 2,000 blacks killed with handguns in the US, not by police but by criminals and gang violence. This man that sparked this incident, Jacob Blake, was not killed and shooting him may have actually saved lives. A terrible thing is now taking place, you can have a "settlement" where the victim is paid money without the perpetrator confessing or repenting of any sin. Why is this? Kyle Rittenhouse can sue and get a big settlement. But if the news admitted they lied about this it would open them up to other lawsuits and would impact every single lawsuit against them whether or not the cases are related. This is not justice. Kyle is the tip of the iceberg, they lie all the time, and many of the people they hurt and damage are not able to sue them.

What is the meaning of the protestors when they want to defund the police? They want this mulberry tree uprooted and planted in the sea. I heard someone say that they tried peaceful protests with Kaepernick, but they treated him like “excrement”. So let’s make sure we are clear on the facts. Kaepernick opted out of a contract that would have paid him $14 million, presumably because he felt he was worth more than that. There are very few people on this planet, much less the US, that would say a job offer of $14 million is an insult. Saying he was treated like excrement is only valid if there are actually people out there offering $14 million to pay for excrement. Instead of Kaepernick I would use Gandhi as the example of how faith like a mustard seed can see a mulberry tree uprooted and cast into the sea. He once was asked by the British “what exactly do you think is going to happen? Do you think we will just pack up and leave?” He said, “yes, that is exactly what will happen” and that is exactly what did happen. The response of many people seems to overwhelmingly support a just and equitable treatment of all by the police. You have popular support for justice and righteousness. However, claiming injustice exists when it doesn’t and ignoring injustice that does exist undermines any legitimacy. I have heard that the BLM movement has received billions of dollars in donations. Yes, billions of dollars. Have they spent one dollar on the inner city? I and others have looked for evidence that they have and have not found any. Instead the founders have been able to buy million dollar properties for themselves and their families. Also the money given to them was given to the Democratic party. If you care about justice one of the worst things that can happen is to have a phony movement raise billions of dollars that they scam off of people.

Will he say to the servant when he comes in from the field, ‘Come along now and sit down to eat’? 8 Won’t he rather say, ‘Prepare my supper, get yourself ready and wait on me while I eat and drink; after that you may eat and drink’? 9 Will he thank the servant because he did what he was told to do? 10 So you also, when you have done everything you were told to do, should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.’”
People are upset that Kaepernick didn’t get hired by any other teams to play quarterback. I guess he was expecting a pat on the back and a thank you. If we are servants of righteousness then he was simply doing what he was supposed to do. At the judgement seat of Christ you will be very happy if you can say you were faithful to do your duty.

Revelation 18 indicates that all forms of communication will go quiet and all lights will go out. Hence this chapter tells us there will be a blackout of both communication of electric light. Now think about that for a second, the rapture will take place and as the saints go up the fire comes down.
From that point on there is a "blackout" of both electricity and communication. Could this really be worldwide? Suppose Russia hits the US with a surprise attack, surely the US will get off a counterstrike. If these attacks include satellites involved in satellite communication then yes, we could see a communication blackout worldwide. Now electricity would be knocked out in the countries hit by these attacks. It doesn't mean that some very remote countries would automatically have a blackout. The internet and global communications would go dark immediately. However, if shipments of oil and gas ceased then ultimately many other countries would experience blackouts as well. Not in the same hour as Babylon, but in the near future.
This is very important because the Antichrist cannot come forth as some kind of savior immediately, you would need the power put back on and the communications back up and running. This idea that there is a two week blackout of communications is supported by the dreams and visions of the prophets and now we see it is supported by Revelation 18 as well!
What does it profit if a man gain the whole world and lose his soul?
Revelation 18 is the destruction of this worldwide global economy. So for those who think Babylon here refers to the Vatican, if you blow up the Vatican does that cause the world's economy to collapse?
Also, it is very clear -- in Revelation 18 the merchants say "who will buy our stuff now". So blowing up Vietnam, or Indonesia or even China is not what they are talking about, in that case the merchants and their stuff would be blown up. On Earth today who are the biggest consumers? Surely it is the developed world the "first world". But without a doubt you are talking about the US.
