The thing about vaping is that there is no second-hand smoke really. It is only potentially harmful to the user but probably not anyone else. You have let he, out of concern for her, to know how you feel I would just let this go for now. Either that or avoid her. She probably could use a good friend like yourself.

still, I dont like it. I think its still rude.

Its more like sucking a dummy or chewing gum though rather than pull your pants down rude.
Oh weres my friend disappeared to? Shes gone near the rubbish skip, vaping for her life.

anyway, if she wants to save money she has to stop vaping so she should stop if she wants that bike she was telling me about buying.

I am not a friend to be USED. I dont do that kind of friendship sorry

Perhaps it would be best to not hang out with her for a while until she gets her head screwed on straight. Give her a pack of gum as a parting gift. You are right, it is rude on her part to smoke or vape around you knowing how you feel about this.

Surely she could switch to cinnamon flavour.
Im going to give her a house plant so maybe it will help purify her indoor space.

I did not find that advice helpful and I thought it was rather naïve and shallow. I did give the anger to God and now he is angry at me and I am more alone than I was before. Do you have any other bright ideas? I really could use some practical advice. A lot of people say that they will pray but seem unwilling to do anything concrete on their own that may actually be helpful.

Yes, and I made sure that my words were hurtful. I projected all of the pain and anguish of my heart on God as I could not carry it by myself any longer. It was breaking my back.

I believe that we are making progress as you are no longer in denial. You gave the anger and hurt of your heart and thoughts over to God. However, God is not through with you yet. This will require a follow-up appointment. See the receptionist on your way out to schedule your next visit. And there is one more piece of advice that I will offer to you that is indeed, concrete.

Here is the thing about the font. When I first created the thread years ago the font was the normal size that I use. A few years later the site switched to a new format. When that happened the font of the OP, for some reason or glitch, was reduced to tiny size. Also, the avatars use to be in square boxes. My avatar was much larger. Now, my flash of color is reduced to a tiny corner. Oh well. Same thing happened to my Midnight Confessions thread too. Tiny OP font. The font in my OP of my Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band thread was not affected though, or the OP in my other threads that I created. Go figure.

Well I gave you a heart because I was sure your thread said something valuable although I cant read it:) So you got a heart for effort. Was that flash of colour a rainbow? Wow the midnight confessions thread is yours? See I didnt even notice your avatar :(
Im so old school that I was still hanging on to my nokia brick phone when everyone went the smart route.

My on-going threads that I created years ago and still active are Midnight Confessions, Pain Management Clinic, Laundry Mat, Kitchen Flirtations, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Daily Adventure Journal, and Virtual Date Night. The ones that usually get posted frequently are Midnight Confessions, Laundry Mat and Pain Management Clinic.

There are other threads I created but for the most part have infrequent submissions.

The flash of color in my avatar is just that, not really shaped like a rainbow but I picked it because it is colorful.
 
Maybe as we get newer tech all the old messages start fading to become invisible?

well I just fixed my 'smart' phone so it can only send and recieve texts. It saves on the batteries.

I only have a simple TracFone. I have been out of minutes for months. I have probably sent 10 texts in my lifetime.
 
That nicotine gums seems expensive, like $40 a box.
Also, I went on the quit smoking site and it said vaping was a way to stop smoking, But my friend wasnt smoking before she started vaping...she had ALREADY quit smoking.

Vaping is not a good alternative to smoking. It can be very harmful to your health, especially the lungs. Bad stuff.
 
it turns out my friend is smoking as well she just doesnt smoke around me
Also she gets free nicotine gum from her doctor

Ok what if she smokes and vapes, while also chewing gum and covered in nictotine patches, while harvesting tobacco in the tobacco fields?
