So today at school a classmate asked if im a Jehovah's witness and I said that im a Christian. Then they asked what was the difference between those two. I didnt know so I guess ill ask here. What is a Jehovah's witness and what are the differences?
Now back to what I intended to say, no day is more important than any other day for bringing people to know the Lord Jesus is the main goal of Christianity)a Religion which was put together shortly after the caving of Christ JesusJehovah Whitnesses DO NOT Observe Holidays... because today is my Birthday or any other at least give myself a pat on the back day, ok I Will empty all of those noodles(do not turn the water on hot(pot of water with noodles on stove burner.)and then forget about it... noodles are all sticky and the water even got burnt.

Just learned something new.Ask your JW friend if they are indwelt with the Holy Spirit or have been filled with him? Some JWs I have encountered believe they are not. All born again Christians are indwelt with the Holy Spirit and often been filled by Him.
Just learned something new.
Did not know that.
I've asked an J false W elder at the door if they believed in hell. He said no, not how we understand it.
This is an easy one to prove from the Bible, but hard for them to accept.

That's a good point to stick with a key doctrine with these cult members.Try not to get sidetrack on issues like Hell, eternal punishment.
As my mentor once taught me stick with the main topic of who Jesus is --- fully Man, fully God. They have another Jesus. Also, bring up the indwelling of the Holy Spirit to see if they changed their doctrine again.

This is my favorite part of I Corinthians for leading someone to Christ. The first four verses.Matthew 25:46 and I Cor 15 are the best texts to use. Outline I Cor 15 in a modern translation and you will see that part of it addresses resurrection of everyone including unsaved. Even the unbelievers get a new body that can not be destroyed by natural means. In Matthew "eternal" is used for both life and punishment. If one limits punishment then they limit life to the same degree. Some translation use torture for punishment.
If they admit that they are not indwelled and it is easy to show from Scripture that all real Christians are indwelt. It would start them questioning Watchtower teachings. Planting doubt causes them to examine their doctrines and read our books. That's a good point to stick with a key doctrine with these cult members.
I just see the understanding of hell to be an essential to salvation, but not the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. I'll take your word on that about their false belief on the indwelling Holy Spirit. It just isn't essential to the gospel.
I see your point Learner
You've reminded me of their rejection of the doctrine of the Trinity. They have a different Jesus.
Hebrews 1:8
"But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom."
Yes, there are plenty of examples of Him receiving worship and as you mentioned about the Father telling us to in Hebrews.Bring up the Father telling us to worship Jesus and that God never said this about an angel.
Look for David Reed's books.
