Anyway, I am pretty much convinced that the op does not care what is offered in the way of actual conversation or deniability of Caleb and his videos (he has quite a few on youtube) but for the sake of those who are not aware of the overt attacks on spiritual gifts, with speaking in tongues a particular target, I hope that a little research is done on the truth of the matter.

Caleb, is basically running a cult according to info on him and his group. The big problem with this sort of thing, is these types always say 'God told me'. Well the way to disprove that or prove that, is to qualify the person through scripture, discernment and time.

Look, I don't know anything about Caleb Corneloup other than his YouTube videos. If what he says makes sense and matches scripture I'm on board; otherwise no.

hahaha indeed, RA, is not a fan of Speaking in Tongues. he has not really came out and rejected the fact the Church Fathers declares ALL Holy Spirit Gifts are currently Active and remain Active until the Second Coming of Jesus. but he clearly is a skeptic.

That doesn’t directly answer if Jesus spoke in tongues or not. He had literally all of the spiritual gifts according to the gospels, but no record of speaking in tongues. So maybe He did or maybe He didn’t.

the one thing i will not do here is put words into the mouth of God. but, we do know His Disciples/Apostles + Paul and those connected to Paul and the Churches set up by Paul ALL Spoke in Tongues (not everyone but enough the Church Fathers write about it). so even if Jesus did/did not, His Followers did!

i am a Follower of Jesus and i do as well!

Ya know what I find interesting? The contrast between the day of Pentecost and the tower of Babel.
At babel God confused languages so they couldnt understand, and on Pentecost God gave the ability to speak all the languages to His people so that they could be understood.

If a man spoke in tongues without a spiritual utterance, then reads for himself the Bible & realized he was confused, that is no reason to judge & say everyone does it.
If a man never speaks in tongues & doesn't believe it can be done, neither does that give a reason to judge & say it's all wrong.
People should be careful how they judge others, for when they judge others they can be also be judging the Word of God that those others believe.
Foolish to say the least!

I trust the text of scripture and the Holy Spirit. Definitely a correlation between Pentecost day in Acts and the tower babel.
Even more they desired to make a tower into Heaven which was confounded by God by destroying their language, And now we Have a tower to Heaven in Jesus by the Holy Spirit and language isnt a barrier.

Heaven not achieved by workings of man but the workings of man are confounded by God because they are corrupt attempts at self justification, but Heaven is attained through Christ Jesus and His pure works.
