He is still missing. My daughter visits all pounds in the area, and the vets almost every day. She is still very depressed, but caring for her two grandsons keeps her going. Keep her in your prayers.
Can I tell you a story about my teens cat that she had since it was a kitten. In
2019 this traumatic event happened to my family and as a result my teens cat that she had as a kitten went missing. In
2021 she sees a cat that is that kinda looks like hers. I have my doubts and tell her that as this cat had a long tail and ginger patch on its white face, and hers had no patch and a short tail. Anyway she was insistent it was hers and even tho the cat was a stray and in our driveway, it was strange how she called it by her cats name and it came to her. It followed her inside the house and went straight to her room. So I began to question my own sanity lol She was so happy that her "Ginger" came home. So we carry on as normal with Ginger looking a bit different but totally acting like our cat. Two months later our neighbour gets a very aggressive bulldog that likes to rush at people and cats. They let me know that Ginger got scared and ran up a tree. That day we managed to get her down but she was so scared she went missing again. My teen was so worried until weeks later we get a phone call from the vet. The vet says that a lady handed in our cat who is microchipped. Ginger had been well taken care of
So we drive to pick Ginger up from the vet but decide to open the box at home, we dont want her spooked in the car. At home my teen opens up the box and its Ginger...with the short tail and no ginger patch on its face! My teen did not even notice straight away! We thanked God for this lady who cared for our cat so well and thanked God for giving us the Ginger sub temporarily. So yes my teen got her Ginger back two years after it went missing. Cant explain it but God knows. Dont give up, God hears our prayers.
