Hebrews 2:
14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.

17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.

18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
This passage verifies that Christ came only to redeem the seed of Abraham.

 ... another claim that a person must be born again in order to believe the gospel by which he/she is born again.

Do you even think before you submit your posts?
Again, only the saved, Justified believe the gospel, to all others its a savor of death unto death, they are lost, and the Gospel is hid from them. Remember the Gospel is being hid to them that are Lost 2 Cor 4:3-4

3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them

Now you're claiming you "have always believed in Justification by Faith". And it is clear you have not, nor do you, "always believed in Justification by Faith". :sneaky:
Yes, I have always believed in Justification by Faith, so what you are doing is slanderously misrepresenting me.

You can claim that all the livelong day. God allows you to reject the truth of Scripture as you continuously suppress the truth in unrighteousness.

Scripture is very clear in telling us that faith is not works:

Romans 4:

2 For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.

3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.

5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

You preach a false gospel ... we all know it ... when you are called on your constant lies, you flip-flop and say the complete opposite of what you stated earlier in the thread.

You promote the lies of satan who hides gospel truth. way to go, brightfame52.
Scripture never said the act of believing isnt a work, because it is. You make faith your act, that you did in order for God to justify you. Thats works, thats law keeping. I cant help it you have backed yourself in a corner with your human faith Justification.

Here's your "gospel" lie:

brightfame52 said:
No, those He died for do not have to believe it, accept itor do anything but continue being ungodly sinners,
Thats no lie. A sinner Christ died for doesnt have to do anything to be Justified before God, and washed in the Blood of Christ. They are born Justified by Christs Blood. You just unenlightened to Spiritual Truth.

you are the only one who claims faith "puts [me] under the law". I am so thankful to God that He does not do so:

Romans 3:28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

READ YOUR BIBLE!!!
.
You make faith, your human faith a requirement to do to get Justified/Saved, hence you put yourself under the law.

I sure did ... and you have provided no Scripture which indicates God did not create, form, make mankind without faith.
No all humans dont have Faith the Gift of God 2 Thess 3:2

2 And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.

Those who do not believe suppress the truth in unrighteousness. They reject the truth of Scripture ... not because they do not have faith, but because they hold to something (place their faith in something) other than the truth of Scripture which God has clearly revealed to them.
You sound more and more foolish. They dont believe because they have not been given the Gift of Faith.

Then quote verses that say what you claim.

On the other hand, I have shown you from Scripture that there is only one faith:

Ephesians 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism
I already know this, and you didn't show it to me. And this is talking about the doctrine of Faith, the Gospel or the Gift of Faith given in regeneration, either way it has nothing to do with your human faith from your flesh which you make a requirement for salvation. You are being a prime example f how people wrest scripture to fit their ideals.

God has used me to reveal to you the truth of Scripture ... and you suppress the truth in unrighteousness because you would rather hold to your erroneous dogma than believe the truth of Scripture.
Lol funny, but guess what ? Its the other way around, The True God is using me to witness the truth to you ! And of curse we see your reaction.

You deny Justification by Faith
nope ... I have submitted post after post stating that justification is through faith. If you would like, I can provide links to the numerous posts where I have so stated. Here are just a few of the more recent posts I've submitted where I've tried to tell you that justification is through faith:

No you deny Justification by Faith since you make faith a requirement for the human being to do, you have defaulted to a denial of Justification by Faith to justification by law keeping, works.

you say man is Justified by human faith
I am not responsible for your misinterpretation of what I have stated any more than I am responsible for your misinterpretation of Scripture on this point ... that is all on you. You need to take responsibility for your own actions/beliefs.
Its clear what you have stated, you say man is justified by his faith which God gives every person, the unregenerate man in the flesh, so you promote justification by the flesh, your human faith. But read this:

Jer 17:5

Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord. You trust in the arm of the flesh when you trust in the act of the creature to be that act which God Justifies you.

Paul is speaking about the fruit of the Spirit Faith in Gal 3:24, you not.
So here is the question you continue to refuse to answer, brightfame52 ...

it's so interesting you won't answer the question I have asked you a couple of times now ...

love is the fruit of the Spirit as well. Are you saying that natural man cannot love because love is the fruit of the Spirit?

What about temperance (self control)? No natural men have self control?

How about patience? No natural men are patient?

Or is it only faith that you claim is withheld from mankind ... or given only to the "elect" so that the "elect" is born again and has fruit of the Spirit so he/she can believe the gospel by which he/she is born again ?

Why won't you answer the questions, brightfame52???
Again, when Paul speaks of Faith in the matters of Ssalvation/Justification, he is speaking of the Gift of Faith from regeneration, whereas you are speaking of the natural mans faith out of his flesh.

don't lay that lie at my doorstep. You are the only one on this thread who has made the claim ... so you are the one who makes "faith out to be a law, a condition".
You laid it to your own doorstep, and I called you on it. You make faith to be a condition you the natural man performs, so God will justify you. Thats law keeping. Any condition you make, that must be performed by the sinner, in order for God to bless you with the Salvation/Justification, its law !

You need to take resonsibility for your own statements. Do not make me responsible for what you have said. Since it is you who has claimed (and who continues to claim) that "faith is a law, a condition", then it is you who needs to provide Scriptural support for your claim.

I will wait patiently for you to provide support for your claim that "faith is a law".
Human faith is a law, Jesus said it Matt 23:23

23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

This faith, a weighter matter of the Law is from the law of creation to man in Adam, its for the natural man. Now since you appeal to the natural man faith to be a condition, so is the rest of the law a condition.

See faith which is the fruit of the new birth, the new creature, its not a law, but you not talking about that Faith, you talking about a faith man should have had in human nature, you brought this on yourself pal !

Justified by His Death apart from our believing it ! 3

The word Justification here in Rom 4:25 is the greek word dikaiōsis and means:

I.the act of God declaring men free from guilt and acceptable to him

II.abjuring to be righteous, justification

It denotes the acquittal of all for whom Christ died, and abjuring or declaring them to be Righteous !

Its the same word used here too Rom 5:18

Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification G1347 of life.

The All men here receive as a Free Gift of Justification of Life, and they did nothing but be sinners and rebellious, its a Gift bestowed upon them simply because of the Righteousness of ONE, The Life Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ !

By them being free from guilt, they have been released from all Divine Punishment. None of these in 2 Pet 2:9

The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

Not one of them can be one for whom Christ died, it would be impossible, for that would overthrow the Throne of Truth !

All for whom He died have been abjured Righteous, Just, and it has been solely on the success of Christ's Death, and by that alone application of it has been made to their persons and account, even though its not yet known or realized by them.

Now finally, if we deny this Justification before Faith, We also deny the death of Christ for sin before ones Faith, and His resurrection from the dead before ones Faith, which is a terrible delusion to be found in, and at this point in world history, more than likely a fatal one !
