The kingdom of God is not coming with signs that can be observed?

Jesus was telling the Pharisees how we enter into the kingdom of God, by faith in Him, i.e. that is, the kingdom of God is in your midst,' i.e., within you; within your grasp.
Of course, it is likely they missed his point as they were essentially asking Him 'when, and where, can we go to it?' denoted by His answer saying, "people will say, 'look here it is, or there it is, but..."
Though He then turns to His disciples, who likely understood that part, and continues the thought saying, "People will tell you, 'Look, there He is,' or 'Look, here He is,' but..." and explains His return to be as a flash of light flooding every crevice of all creation.

Ok i did not express my belief very well.. The Saints that are reasurected by Jesus upon His return are the Saints up to the time of His second coming..
At the end of the 1000 years another reasurection will happen of all the other people who where not saints up untill the time of the return of Jesus..
There is now a third group.. Normal people who live during the 1000 year reign of the Messiah Jesus.. There will be many in this group of people who shall accept Jesus as The LORD and will be reasurected along with all that rebel against Jesus during the 1000 years.. In this group you will have both saved and damned..
At the end of the 1000 years another reasurection will happen of all the other people who where not saints up untill the time of the return of Jesus..

It says the throne of David in Jerusalem.. He is seated at the right hand of the Father at the moment.. But in the future He will return to earth and be in Jerusalem..

And chapter 20 describes the first resurrection of the Saints who will rule the world with Jesus for 1000 years and then the final satanic rebellion and the second rasurection and then the last judgement.. Have a Read.. read it like the Book it is..

The way God had the Scriptures put together is really pleasantly something else. I can say the same thing, you have, about reading the Book of John. Finding it very interesting, how boring would it be if we Christians all thought exactly alike on every point. The Book of John and the Revelation of Jesus Christ were pinned by the same guy. One was written down the lines of history , factual ,the other in the Spirit.
If we understand the meaning of David in English we know it means BELOVED Our Beloved King is already at the righthand of the Father seated on His Throne.
If we understand the English for Jerusalem, we find it is the City of Yahweh's Peace..
There are two Jerusalems, the New Jerusalem which is to be brought down by our Maker, and the oneon our maps today.
The one on our maps today in no manner looks like anything that is above, and litlle bearing does it have on the time our blessed Savior came to give the Gospel for most of the city of that time has been built over and over again for these 2000 years.
We look to the New Jerusalem, not the old failure with stand in the middle of the stagin grounds for the actuations of the prophecies of the finals moments of whaat we call time.

He is ruling....IN THE MIDST OF HIS ENEMIES;
psalm110;
110 The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.
2 The Lord shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.
3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.
4 The Lord hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.
5 The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.
6 He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.
7 He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.
He rules from the Heavenly Zion and Jerusalem as it says;
Hebrews12:
25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:
26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.
27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
29 For our God is a consuming fire.
This is speaking of us serving in the Kingdom now...It grows slowly, like the parable of the Mustard seed.

At first I listened to the more popular ideas that are going around so I understand in part what you mean.
The truth is most of the prophecy has been fulfilled in the first coming.
Nothing in the verses suggest these events are yet future. The writer of Hebrews was exhorting them not to go into apostasy.
He points out believers have received the Kingdom.
Obviously it is not complete, as it will continue to spread worldwide;
consider;
psalm 22
27 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the Lord: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
28 For the kingdom is the Lord's: and he is the governor among the nations.
29 All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.
30 A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.
31 They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.
After describing the cross, we are told that a seed shall serve him, just like Hebrews12 describes.
The nations still exist, even though they belong to Jesus.
Do you remember in the gospels, the angels are going to remove the ungodly out of the Kingdom?
