In my experience talking to occultists, they want to experience spirits and have spiritual gifts because it fascinates them and frankly it’s kinda fun. Like Simon the Magician who wanted to buy the power of the Holy Spirit, Christians with real spiritual power and experiences are attractive to occultists.

They’re often eager to share their stories, experiences, and the way they do things. Yes they do want to proselytize, too.

It’s a rare thing to meet a Christian who has abilities that are sought after by occultists. You said you have the ability to sense the good and bad in someone; an occultist would say such a person is an empath or maybe psychic, and a prophet may be considered to be a necromancer or a medium, but a Christian would say they have gifts of the Holy Spirit. Occultists want those gifts.

So there can be some intersection between what an occultist wants and what a Christian has. I would say you have an opening because you can sense good and/or evil. If you can share those experiences with an occultist you could potentially create a connection whereby they may be attracted to Jesus.

Though I will say that most occultists I’ve talked to profoundly dislike Jesus and I believe there’s a dark spiritual component to that and shaking that stronghold may cause some spiritual warfare.
Just briefly, I was recently given the honor of leading a man to Christ who was into black magic almost all his life. These are what I noticed.
1. His Baptist childhood planted important seeds of God's Word. I see more and more how important it is that children are reached with the gospel.
2. God brought us together circumstantially.
3. God answered prayers for him.
4. His familiar spirits/demons started tormenting him
5. He saw that he needed deliverance, but was seeking a voodoo priestess for deliverance.
6. God immediately sent me to him instead.
He set up a meeting for him to hear the gospel free of any distractions.
7. The man decided to trust Christ as his Savior and received the gift of eternal life.
8. At that time the Holy Spirit came into His new temple and the man was delivered from the demons.

This was the key to his deliverance.

Yes it sounds like his familiars finally turned on him, probably pestering him night and day, scaring him, and trying to drive him crazy. That’s when he knew he was in deep.

Those kind of experiences can make people turn to Jesus because then their occult practices aren’t fun anymore and they know the opened a can of worms that they can’t close.

There’s invincible comfort and security in Jesus. That’s just something the devil or demons can’t contend with.

🙂👍👍

That's what I told him at the time he got saved/ delivered. He was having nightmares and thought he was going to die. That was what the Lord used to draw him to a decision.
BTW,I haven't heard from him for a while.
Guess who called me out of the blue after we posted this??

Lol! 😄

That’s really ironic because I was going to ask when the last time you talked to him was but then i deleted it. That’s awesome. Praise God. I see that as a sign. So how’s he doing? Any problems?

The new agers and atheists would write it off by calling it serendipity or synchronicity.
We know that it's the Lord kindly letting us know that He is with us, still wanting to work with us.

Kathleen Sullivan, an RA survivor, has a quote for people who want to help RA survivors:

"If you are going to work with ritual abuse survivors, you must also get educated if you want to be effective. And you must learn to be humble. Trauma survivors do not need to be around ignorant, modern-day Pharisees. Survivors in pain need people who will connect with them on an emotional level, get right down in there where they are, and listen."

RA/DID (DID was formerly called MPD) is a very complex network of spiritual bondage that closely includes territorial spirits or 'principalities' (ie. it is high-level bondage). As a result of the spirits at play, RA requires a whole new strategy to resolve it, and the strategies or knowledge that works for other spiritual, physical, psychological, and mental issues that believers face will rarely have an effect in the arena of ritual abuse.

In Mark 5, you read about the demonized man from Gadara. He was a survivor of ritual abuse. The Bible doesn't spell it out, but with the help of the Holy Spirit, it begins to become clear. (Note, for instance, the fact that this was the only time Jesus said He was going to "the other side"; Jesus's boat was almost capsized by a storm (the demons in the man were water spirits); the Jewish inhabitants of Gadara raised pigs; the inhabitants, rather than rejoicing that Jesus had healed the man were afraid of Jesus and begged Him to leave their region; etc.) Since this man's bondage was from RA, principalities were intimately involved. The reality of difficulty in freeing RA survivors shows in that the case of the demonized Gadarene was the only instance in which Jesus commanded demons to leave but they did not immediately leave and stayed to negotiate with Him (this had never happened in any other case of demonization and deliverance). By intuition or discernment, we know by this that something was amiss.

RA survivors primarily need community, because no one person can shoulder the burdens of just one survivor. I think that at the end of the day, to successfully minister to an RA survivor, a person (really, a group of people) needs two foundational tools:

1.) God's own love.

2.) God's own wisdom.

The former is love from God (with the human as a vessel); it is not human love even of the purest type which will have almost zero effect on the survivor. God's personal love is necessary as it provides the energy, motivation, and ability to minister. The latter is necessary because the rules when ministering to an RA survivor constantly change, therefore, it's imperative to be able to receive wisdom from God in the moment because things are constantly changing and what worked yesterday (or just two minutes ago) often will not work today as the complex network of bondage is constantly changing, turning, moving much like the gears inside a clock so that wher you could find a particular thing in one place a second ago, it is no longer there when you go back to look for it. This is the effect of luciferian wisdom (if you will): the gears or bondage or rules keep changing and moving so that only God's wisdom can overcome and resolve the bondage.

There is plenty of 'binding and loosing' when one ministers to an RA survivor. For example, God's love through a vessel releases Jesus to do the work of healing and deliverance (and believe me, it must be Him) and also signals the survivor that he/she is safe safety being a prerequisite for a survivor to heal (because "there is no fear in love"). And God's wisdom through a vessel binds the enemy and prevents him from successfully interfering in God's desire, will, and intention to heal and deliver the survivor. If a person (a community) relies on God's own love and God's own wisdom (in life or/and to minister to an RA survivor), then they will be able to have success. If they don't have those things, their attempts are applaudable, I guess, but will end up being just attempts. There needs to be a foundation of God's love and God's wisdom without which ministry to RA survivors is destined for failure, frustration, and major emotional drain.

Amen! This is true for survivors of any kind of abuse!

Most occultists don't want to share any stories and don't want you to even know they're occultists.

Romans 12:6-8 lists what people call 'motivational gifts of the Spirit'-- foundational character building blocks that God places of His free choice in each person who is born. I once knew a family with a 14-year-old girl, a 12-year-old boy, and twin 10-year-old boys. The girl was quiet and sort of withdrawn, so I didn't recognize what motivational/foundational gift she had. But the three boys were active, and I could see that the 12-year-old boy had the character of encourager, one twin boy had the character of leader, and the other twin boy had the character of mercy ('empath' being the secular term).

Here is a good article about all seven gifts: https://iblp.org/questions/what-are-seven-motivational-gifts.

Each gift is simply one of God's seven-faceted-character: prophet/perceiver, servant, teacher, exhorter/encourager, giver, ruler, and mercy/empath. Everyone receives one (I believe at/before conception). It can be amusing to observe people and pick up on their foundational motivating force (ie. motivational gift from God). When a person becomes a believer, their one motivational gift can then begin to grow to include the other six that they don't have, because all seven gifts are seven facets of God's nature or character, and Jesus now lives in the person. If the person is intuitive, perceptive, or quick-witted, they might begin to notice growth in their own gift and in other gifts as they begin to grow in them.

As far as people who practice occult anything, if you're going to interact with them, it might be wise to pray and ask God to sort of give you whatever tools you need (this is not knowing how to pray). This is because whatever is around them can hop on or affect you. In college, I befriended a guy named James at the gym one day. It was a Saturday and the gym was closed which was unusual. We met outside it. He told me about Wicca, etc. That same night, I had a 'special' demonic attack that specifically happened because I'd interacted with James. This attack was a Wicca flavor (and believe me, those spirits they think are 'light spirits' are often darker than average spirits since they are occult spirits). I later saw fairies (yes, like Tinkerbell) because those are some of the spirits worshipped in Wicca and other Mother Earth-type religions. They look nice and appear as 'spirits of light', but they are a special version of evil. So, some caution when interacting with people who are tied in any small way to occultism is wise.

That's right. The same applies to some Psalms and other Scriptures in which are hidden the blueprint to minister to the broken, bound, and hurting. They might primarily be meant for occult ritual abuse survivors but do apply generally to all broken people.

He's given up some objects with symbols etched on them, but won't grow spiritually until he gets into a good church. Strong Bible preaching/ teaching and a routine in the Word will be more benefit than he realizes. I have to keep reminding myself to be patient but I'm encouraged because he separated from a couple of bad friends.
He needs to replace them with good peers in a local assembly.

I'm not interested in debates or any of that so I'll say why I asked: though some people experience different levels of deliverance from the demonic at initial salvation, after water baptism, and after the baptism of the Holy Spirit, those things don't automatically bring deliverance for everyone.

I think it's important to say that because there are many christians who are saved and have been water-baptized and even Spirit-baptized but who are still suffering under demonic torment and oppression and are not yet delivered.

I noticed that they sure do keep their occultism occult when they are around christians. Lol.
A lady who attended the same evangelical church and came to our singles activities was undermining whatever she could . I caught her doing this a couple times, even after doing her favors, like working on her car. She was caught in what looked like prayer to the monsters on some cards she was flipping through. She didn't realize that I was standing next to her trying to get her attention to roll down her car window to let her know we were leaving.
Anyhow, it's getting late so I'm signing off.
To be continued.

Just the short for now.
When a person decides to trust Christ as their Savior, many spiritual realities occur.
One is that the body becomes the temple of the indwelling Holy Spirit. The demons are not permitted in the temple, however they can and sometimes do hang out. There are some who get serious attacks and others who are no longer plagued by them.

There are a lot of things someone should do to get rid of their presence that is going to keep me up too late. Most important thing to do is for the believer to obey God in the very basics, milk of the word daily and good hard preaching, mentorship by a mature believer. More, but that's a strong start.
Have a good night.

That’s true. I mean, Paul had a “messenger of Satan,” the word messenger being the same word used for angel, in his flesh, but God wouldn’t make the messenger leave because it kept Paul humble.

That humility Paul had because of an angel of Satan was useful to God to the extent that where there is weakness God’s power is perfected.

2 Corinthians 12
7or because of these surpassingly great revelations. So to keep me from becoming conceited, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. 8Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. 9But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me.

Not exactly sure what you're saying. If you're saying that christians can't have demons or that demons aren't allowed to take up residence inside christians, that isn't true.

Derek Prince, famous preacher who died in 2003, was a preacher who didn't believe that christians could be demonized until an experience led him to doubt that belief and seek God for more answers from the Bible.

(The KJV translation "possessed" is wrong. The Greek word used in the Bible where the KJV says "possessed" is 'daimonizomai' (from Greek word 'daimon' which means 'demon'). Daimonizomai means 'demonized' (or 'to have a demon' as in a demon resident within a person). Daimonizomai does not mean "possessed".)

Prince believed in deliverance, but he didn't believe christians could be demonized from his understanding of the Bible. However, and this is always the case, the Holy Spirit was trying to reveal the truth to him (but his understanding couldn't receive it and therefore he couldn't hear the Holy Spirit on the subject.) One day, Prince was called to preach in the church of one of his friends. As visiting pastor, he waited for the worship before he took the stage. His pastor friend's daughter was the piano player for their worship team.

On the stage, Prince began to speak when he was suddenly interrupted by his friend's daughter. She had suddenly fallen out of her seat in the front and was wrigglng and squirming like a snake (a movement that is not reproducible by any human being) while all kinds of inhuman voices and sounds bellowed from her throat including the sound of a freight train. It was apparent to everyone that she was manifesting demons, so Prince left the stage and he and his pastor friend and several others took the girl to a room adjacent to the sanctuary where they would 'perform deliverance' on her while someone else carried on the church service.

During the deliverance session, Prince witnessed several demonic phenomena from his friend's daughter one of which was her being levitated out of her chair and another was that some evil spirit, still invisible, straddled her and began to have sex with her. They managed to get her free of at least the manifesting demons. After the event, Prince decided he needed to seek God. Since the pastor was his friend, he knew that her daughter was saved. He went to God to find out how what happened could have happened. And true to His ways (His nature), God began to reveal to Prince that christians can and do have demons and some of the reasons why.

I believe this was written in Derek Prince's book 'They Shall Expel Demons' as that's the only book of his I recall reading. I believe it was Prince who said that while some christians argue that christians can't have demons and some christians argue that they can, he believes that the reason the Bible doesn't clearly state that christians can (or can't) have demons because God wanted christians to minister to each other out of love rather than out of doctrine. I see the idolatry of doctrine and how doctrines separate christians (while love unites them) and truly do agree with Prince on that. Furthermore, I have a friend who is not only saved but whose water and Holy Spirit baptism I personally witnessed with my own eyes. He is not only demonized but is heavily demonized due to his victimization by satanic family (ie. satanic ritual abuse). I know many other christians who are saved but are demonized. Most of them have not yet found deliverance from the demons and spirits that bind them.

Paul's thorn was entirely different from being demonized. Paul wasn't demonized.

There is nothing new under the sun.Read Ezekiel and you'll know that they are underneath the temples/churches.Those who attend their churches are caught in their snares. That's why you shouldn't attend a church. In the town near where I live all of the churches are like this.I've also been there and seen the stuff they do.Like child sacrifice and eating the flesh in a ritual.
I guarantee the police chief and those in high positions where you live are there as well.

Yes, they have people in all spheres of society as coven members, etc. Where did you see or experience what you mentioned?

I think some of you may be interested in Fritz Springmeier. He's been censored a lot and the search engines don't like him.
This interview was published July 16.
It starts out slow, but you can skip forward.
He did a lot of traveling to do first hand investigations of dark powers in high places. His outline of the powers that shouldn't be are impressive. He did interviews with locals who lived near illuminati castles and cathedrals.

Ontario Canada. It's everywhere.Even one horse towns can have them.In fact in my reservation the pastor and his wife are actually satanists who are apart of the satanic cult in the nearby town. There's quite a few multi generation satanists living here, including on my fathers side of the family. They been trying to kill me over 20 years now.My own father used to threaten my life as a young child.I don't think he knows I remember that.We act like everything's fine and dandy. For me,God is in control. He showed me what's going to happen to me in the near future and how he's going to make a way for me.When that time happens it will be during the testimony of The Two Witnesses. All of God's people will be put under pressure and some will fear satan more than they fear God and will go with the flow.God will spit them out.
