courts only play by one rule. if one can defame character then their own character can come into question. classic modern Law 101

but, if he presents an argument, knowing there's a defense that can bring into question his views. but he fails on purpose to mention those views. it's easy to deduct his conduct and character. and i saw 3 videos and he did same thing in all 3 of them.
