Dad in hospital..

I am grieving right now, so I understand your worry. I have prayed that God's will be done, and I have asked that God heal your father in Jesus name, that God may be glorified in your father's healing. I don't know how to order God to do anything anymore, and I know that's correct. But I think we can pray.

No one orders God around apwall21.. We make our requests and God in His perfect wisdom makes His respose..

Thank you for your prayer.. My dad is still in hospital.. From reports He seems to be stronger at the moment and eating food.. Both positive things. But as we all know things like this can make a bad turn at any time so as always it's about Gods will being done..

Also may you be comforted in your grieving process apwell21.. I hope people who read your post spend time to pray for you and your loved ones..
 
Dad has been released from Hospital.. The infection hit him hard but by the grace of God he has survived and the infection has been cured.. Thanks to all who prayed for my Dad.. :) And of course thanks be to the LORD for His blessings..

That is great news.
My sister also got an infection earlier this year and was in hospital. Her temperature was so high the nurse freaked out and pressed the red button and the doctor came flying over. She was there for a week and God healed her too.

These new infections are often resistant to medications.. I knew a few people who died of infections.. Some after seemingly successful operations.. Glad your sister recovered Ruby123.. (y)

She had sepsis which starts off as a normal infection then it spreads and if it goes to your blood your body reacts and everything goes haywire. My landlord at the time told me her mother died of it so fear was rampant in my mind at the time. Funny thing is I had a dream a few days beforehand that it was going to happen to her.
But praise God he healed her.

It is a good thing that the LORD sends us dreams.. I have had the same experience and it fortified my faith in the LORD so much.. Truly a great blessing :giggle:

Unfortunately many people mock dreams, even on here.
I tend to take them to God and pray about them.
