All,

St. Pauls Cathedral appeared on the news recently getting ready for this weekend's events.

While I am not advocating one way or the other, what do others think?

What I find almost as reprehensible as a church that celebrates a sin that God calls detestable, vile, degrading, and shameful that has an openly homosexual "pastor" is a man who claims to be a man of God that will not advocate for the clear biblical stance on their perversion of scripture.

Gal 1:10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

Remove the word "almost" from your post, and I'm right there with you.

It's deplorable, but not really surprising.

"Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints." Jude 1:3

They kidnapped the word "Gay" completely changing the meaning of the word. We did nothing. They changed the meaning of marriage . Did the Body of Christ stand up and say no, as one body. We Christians send our kids to their schools. They have stolen the rainbow . The rainbow is God's. Little bites nibbles ...

The Talmudist invaded West is being tested by Talmudists, and will be destroyed by God, and the Talmudists who taught you these things will laugh, because they think you're all idolators anyway.
For those who want to believe Israel is saved, Jesus told us that those who don't follow him, are Slaves to Sin, which at the time meant their Family was the Family of Sin, which is to say their Father was Satan. That remains True, if you refuse Jesus, you are slave to sin, and you are a son of Satan.
This is why it's important not to try to teach goodness without Jesus, because even if someone gets that goodness, they're still hell bound, but now they're getting comfy in their sins.

One might think that love is a sin. One might think that they are more deserving of salvation than other. One might think that some have lost sight of their own unworthiness. Me, I'm just trying to get them to close my file...again.

I have thought more than once how satan takes what God gives us as a promise a beautiful rainbow and turns it into something meaning a sinful thing.

I still however love rainbows and will wear it on a T-shirt proudly thanking God for his promise to us and the beauty of that rainbow. If I ever get stopped and talked to by someone who may be gay then to me it is an opportunity to tell them of God's love for them and the invitation He also gives them for eternal life so sometimes even things that have been changed to bad can be turned back to good.

Why are you not advocating one way or another? I think what they have done is a perversion of the true meaning of Gods rainbow. I think it is politically motivated also.

It's not hard to understand God's word is the whole truth. The problem is the gaslighting or brainwashing involved in stealing words and changing their meaning.

For example "love is love" is a popular phrase in the lgbtq+ movement. But "love" is only love when it's appropriate. For example you don't love a child the same way you love a spouse. In the Greek there are different meanings of love and it's not all one like it unfortunately is in the English language.

From a societal perspective as long as it's 2 consenting adults it's acceptable. This makes sense.

However from a biblical perspective there is no interpretation. It's an obvious sin. It's not even a "normal" sin. It's something that will separate a person from God. To what extent I do not know, but it's certainly not something to be "proud" of like pride month would say.

When I see something like that I question where are they getting their money from? Because they have to know a lot of Christians disagree with them and will stop contributing. So who is paying them? That's the golden question.
