If it seems to come across in some harsh way - "blame the internet" - but, that is not the way I intend it.Gary, part of the problem with this is that you treat those who disagree with you as though they are ignorant sheep.
Yes - and, I can respect that. What if someone comes to a different conclusion than yours? Can you respect that?Has it ever occurred to you that many of us have done our homework, checked things out for ourselves, examined the evidence, and come to a different conclusion than yours?
'gravity', as you have been taught it, does not exist - nor is it needed - in the Flat Earth model.G R A V I T Y. Does not work on a flat disc.
Well - since the Bible indicates to us that the earth does not move - I doubt it would tip...I wonder if a meteorite big enough would go right through a flat disc or cause it to tip spilling everything on it, off of it.
These things are well explained in the Flat Earth model. We would not have night and day if the earth did not spin and we would not have seasons if it did not go around the sun.
Nope.Let's see what the versions say... (thanks to Bible Gateway)

In response to your assertion, "That is not what Job 26:10 is saying!", it appears that there is plenty of evidence that it is.
Which option did you choose In the poll?If such is indeed the case, then I suggest that we change the name of this website to "UnicornChat".
After all, I've read a lot of "wild bull" here.
lol.
Pardon the interruption...
I didn't vote.Which option did you choose In the poll?
People who believe the earth is flat (or, at least, that it is not a spinning ball flying through space) are the people who have questioned what they have been taught/told and do not blindly accept it. Everyone else seems to be happy to believe whatever they are taught/told.
The 'People' you call aware - really are not - they only think they are. And, if-and-when their eyes are opened to the truth, they will see just how far-and-wide-and-deep the deception really goes...
For those people, cognitive dissonance compels them to resist even the slightest notion that they could be wrong and even the smallest suggestion that they might look into it with some personal research and use real critical thinking to discern the truth. In effect, they are psychologically afraid of knowing the truth - because, it would "hurt their pride" to discover that they have been "duped" their entire life.
Those people - since birth - have always believed what they have been taught/told; however, Flat Earth folks - while they were taught/told the same thing as everyone else since birth - have had their eyes opened to the truth about the deception that is rife in all of our lives since birth.
After the Bible - this is one of the most true statements that I can attest to out of the knowledge and experience of my life:
"Truth is available only to those who have the courage to question whatever they have been taught." - (Author Unknown)
And, that is why it is in my signature - to encourage people to think about the things they believe in blindly and never question.
It is never my intent to call anyone dumb, ignorant, stupid, etc. for believing differently than I do. I respect their right to believe whatever they wish.
If I "criticize" a different view - I am doing so concerning the view and not the person who holds that view. There is a difference - don't get 'em mixed up...
You should never trust the Flat Earth Society - it is 'controlled opposition' - and, will only confuse you concerning Flat Earth.
We have pictures and video of the ice wall - some of which have been posted in threads on CC over the past few years.
What? Are you not willing to believe "God said..." ???
Is a man-made scientific journal to be trusted more than the Bible?
The Bible does in some measure speak to the physical shape of the earth.
Do not accuse me of saying that the Bible says "The earth is flat." - I am not saying that. However, what the Bible does say - describes and illustrates an earth that is, at the very least, not a spinning ball flying through space.
BTW - if the Bible says that unicorns are real - I believe it!
FYI - Strongs says that a unicorn is a wild bull.![]()
You might even have a concussion after a fall like that!Oh the drama. Behold I must needs faint...or maybe just swoon.

Then I could become a full fledged flat earther.![]()
Sorry, your application has been denied.
There is no gravity. A fall in that manner is totally unacceptable.
but but
how could you just dismiss my magnificent fainting fall down that grand staircase?
is there no recourse?

Well - no - that is definitely the question I am asking.Nah. That's not what you're asking. You are aghast I don't believe your schtick and now you want to frame it with I am brain washed by science and do not hold the Bible to be true.
Well - no - that is definitely the question I am asking.
Why can/did you not answer with a quick and certain 'No'...???
Is it because - whether you consciously want to admit it to yourself or not - you find that you are trusting the man-made stuff more than the Bible?
If you will put aside all of the things you want to attach to it in your mind - it really is a very straight-forward question to answer.
For any born-again Christian, the answer is - or, at least should be - an instant and easy 'No'.
Why can you not answer the question? Do you know the real reason?
(I am not suggesting anything here concerning your salvation. This is a 'psychological' issue.)
Oh alright then. It is a spectacular fall afterall. Just this once, we'll put gravity back where it belongs.
