... it's the holiness crowd they eye with suspicion.
You're kidding, right?

Proverbs 12:26
One who is righteous is a guide to his neighbor, but the way of the wicked (with his OSAS License to Sin) leads them astray.

1 Peter 2:12
Keep your conduct among the Gentiles honorable, so that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day of visitation.

Matthew 5:16
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”

How else could Joseph know adultery was wrong, except God had said it?
There's a difference between the Just Man who falls down into the pit of sin, and the Presumptuous Man who brings a ladder and climbs down willfully into the pit of sin, sits down comfortably among the filth, swats away the uplifting hand of Jesus, and pushes their OSAS License to Sin in His face. There was mercy and forgiveness for Judah but there will be NO MERCY for anyone who thinks they'll get a pass by flashing a License to Sin.
Congratulations for making my point. "Thou shalt not commit adultery" was written on the heart of Joseph, just as "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy" is supposed to be written on the Christian's heart - Joseph demonstrated by his actions God was in his heart, and those who refuse to obey God as Joseph did demonstrate it is SATAN who resides in their heart, no matter how much they wave their hands in church, according to 1 John 2:3-4 KJV.
Your most basic problem is you do not understand what makes a man Just before God, it is not our behaviour, it is not sinlessness for we are all sinners. It is our understanding that we are unable to deal with sin.

I cannot overcome sin, neither can you.

You are on the holy merry - go - round you climb on and for a while you enjoy your holy ride [you are not making any progress, just going round and round] but when it speeds up a little you fall off [I suspect these are the periods when you seem to disappear for a season] you fall off bruised and scratched and hurt. Anon you dust yourself down and fix yourself up and hop on again for another go.

No I cannot deal with sin. God said if I sin I will die, I can't stop sinning. That is man's desperate dilemma. His condition is helpless, hopeless and dire.

His one and only hope is if God will have mercy upon him and send one who can miraculously take away our sins. That is what happened on the cross, He bore our sins. They are gone, they are no longer there. In the twink of an eye I am made clean. There is no longer a barrier between me and God. Because I believed him God declares me a Just man.

A divine swop has taken place, The Just has died for the unjust.

You are still in the place of trying to deal with sin .... STOP, stop doing that.

The only reason Jesus would be in attendance to your meetings is to ask the question, "And why call ye Me, Lord Lord, and do not the things which I say?"

Jesus says, "If you love Me, KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS" which includes "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy" so why are you not in church on Sabbath? Why do you trample the Sabbath day instead of keeping it holy? Why do you meet on "the venerable (unconquerable) day of the Sun", a day which SATAN, not God, sanctions? Where in the Bible was the change made from Sabbath to Sunday?

Go to www.Rome'sChallenge.com and read how the Roman Catholic church mocks and ridicules non-Catholics for observing Sunday - how those who claim the Bible is their sole authority actually demonstrate by keeping Sunday that it is the authority of the Roman Catholic church to which they demonstrate allegiance because, as this website proves better than any Adventist could, SUNDAY IS NOT SCRIPTURAL. If I were a Sunday-keeper and read this, I'd be pretty pissed off about it and want to get to the bottom of the issue, instead of believing the lies and propaganda from evangelical false pulpit prophets who claim Sunday is there.
No, no no no.

Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy was Moses, we keep Jesu's commandments, not Moses.

John 1. vs 14.
The law came by Moses but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ and we have all received of it grace upon grace.

The law of Moses was given to the Jews and they never kept it ... neither do YOU. mebbe you keep the Sabbath but you fail in some other law, such as loving not the brethren or loving not the Catholics. If you keep one law but break another you must die.

Yes but that's for the saints. Saints are they who God has declared righteous, not those who are striving to accomplish their own righteousness and fail.

When you swagger around your neighbour pretending you are not human like they are, keeping your distance from them for you are holier than they are ... they kinda suspect you are not being honest with them.

People could sin against God before Moses and the Mosaic Law.
Preposterous. Satan was kicked out of heaven for sinning against God, yet somehow He went on to allow humans a pass?

I can't figure out which is more egregious: such unBiblical asinine statements such as this - or the fact that none of your fellow OSAS License to Sin crowd members is willing to publicly denounce this.

The better witness to the "unchurched" eye is the Christian who is real and speaks Truth.
No, they want action, not words. They want to see people walk the walk, not just talk the talk.
OSAS is Truth. Being tempted, and failing is truth. Overcoming by the help of the Lord Jesus is truth.
If you're committing habitual, deliberate, known, presumptuous sin, you're not an overcomer.
The BIG question isn't if OSAS is the Truth.
Big or small, the answer is still the same: it's a Satanic lie
The BIG question is are you 100% sure you are saved by the Lord Jesus Christ?
And here's a perfect way to tell:
"Hereby we do know that we know Him if we keep His commandments. He that saith, I know Him, and keepeth not HIs commandments is a liar and the truth is not in him." - 1 John 2:3-4 KJV
If you are 100% sure then abide in that and don't worry about any of the doubts the dummies will try to convince you of, for whatever reason they have for that.
If you are not 100% sure then go to scripture and prayer and find out why.
"The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked. Who can know it?" - Jeremiah 17:9 KJV

Got it? We can be waving our hands in praise and joy thinking we're on our way to heaven, while in reality be on the road to hell.

That's why we have 1 John 2:3-4 KJV.

Oh, you'll be crying out alright, but not with shouts of acclamation to Jesus in the clouds, but to the rocks and mountains to fall on you if you persist on rebelling against the commandments of God.
I’ve seen this caustic, accusatory, behavior in the past and it’s always some pent up, latent homosexual struggling to come to terms with his affliction. As the old adage goes, misery loves company.

God's Ten Commandments were written on the heart of Joseph, and is why he knew adultery was sin. The reason why the OSAS crowd hates the Ten Commandments is because by their own admission, they remain written only on stone.

What you fail to realize is that God is through writing on stone, and is now in the business of only writing on fleshly hearts - as long as the heart of the OSAS crowd remains stone, their rebellion against the Ten Commandments will continue.

Unbiblical asinine statements are saying that the 10 commandments were from the beginning.

You can pick up a bible and read that the 10 commandments weren't until Moses.

You can also read that people sinned BEFORE the 10 commandments were given.

This isn't difficult. Anyone who can read can check for themselves.

If the Sabbath was done away with when the Mosaic Law was nailed to the Cross, why are we going to be keeping it throughout all eternity?

Attempting to keep the 10 commandments in your own understanding and strength isn't how you know you are saved.

That is your own WISH that you place on scripture.

You are attempting to conflate the 10 commandments with the commandments of Christ. Its pretty common with those who replace Christ with the 10 commandments.

This is how we KNOW we are Saved;

Ephesians 1:17-23
17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:

18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,

23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

Then don't give them any reason to confirm their suspicions - keep the commandments and they'll see that in a world full of weak, whining, hypocritical, presumptuous OSAS License to Sin holders, there are genuine, faithful, obedient, true Christ followers who keep the Ten Commandments just as Jesus kept them.

And, according to Scripture, they'll "see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven" instead of being strengthened in their iniquity by those who "refuse to turn the wicked from their evil way by promising them life" - Ezekiel 13:22 KJV

Trust me, the weak, whiny, pathetic attitude of you OSAS License to Sin holder is far more akin to the homosexual disposition than is the manly, courageous, resolute true Christian Conditional Salvationist crowd who takes hold of the overcoming power of Jesus and defeats the devil when tempted.

Are you sure your attitude doesn't stem from a previous failed conversion therapy attempt?

No, it's asinine to claim Cain didn't know it was wrong to kill, Rachel didn't know it was wrong to steal, Joseph didn't know adultery didn't know it was wrong to sleep with a married woman, etc.

You who accuse other of "Legalism" are the most notorious in their search for legal loopholes to get around their guilt of breaking the Ten Commandments. The most shady, unscrupulous lawyers stand speechless in awe of your excuses.

Who advocates that? Certainly not the Conditional Salvationist! We're fierce proponents of Ephesians 2:8-10 KJV.

Obedience is merely the outward evidence that Jesus resides in the heart - conversely, those who refuse to keep God's commandments and make excuses for it prove salvation is yet far from them, according to 1 John 2:3-4 KJV.

@Phoneman-777 , OSAS doesn't equal license to sin. One day everyone will have to give account of their lives before God. This doesn't mean loss of salvation.

You’re right, I should’ve said usually, not always, but rest assured its an accurate analysis regarding our little flame-throwing tare.
