Why did JESUS say all manner of sin and >--blasphemy<-- will be forgiven but blasphemy of the HOLY SPIRIT will not be forgiven?

Just what is the unpardinable sin and when can it be commited?
The example in the passages would be people accusing the Holy Spirit of being a devil (in Mark) or Beelzebub (in Matthew.)

I don't get why the 'when' question is relevant. If it is impossible for someone to blaspheme the Holy Spirit after he is saved, then that means it is not possible for the blasphemous words toward the Holy Spirit to come out of his mouth.

The blasphemy of the Holy Spirit was committed by the serpent in the Garden when he tore his Breath of Life into the Three Lies. It is also the Original Sin. This is where the demons come from. It is how the serpent got the name Devil. These verses Jesus speaks here because the jews said that he has an evil spirit and that he casts out demons by the power of demons.
Do you have any evidence the serpent said anything about the Holy Spirit? If it were the original sin (of man) then could Adam have any forgiveness?

Not only can a christian commit the unpardonable sin it is only a christian who is able to commit the unpardonable sin.

How can I say that. Lets go take a look at Luke 21.

Verse 15.

English Standard Version
for I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which none of your adversaries will be able to withstand or contradict.
Berean Study Bible
For I will give you speech and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict.
King James Bible
For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

Jesus says He will give you a mouth or words of wisdom to say that your adversaries are not going to be able to resist. This is where a christian might commit the unpardonable sin, we will cover that at the end.

Verse 16.

English Standard Version
You will be delivered up even by parents and brothers and relatives and friends, and some of you they will put to death.
Berean Study Bible
You will be betrayed even by parents and brothers and relatives and friends, and some of you will be put to death.
King James Bible
And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.

Why would a parent a brother, sister other relatives, and friends deliver you up? Remember where this is taking place; In Jerusalem. Who will be setting in the temple at this time.

2nd Thessalonians 2:1-5 1Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 3Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 5Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

Mark 13:14 But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:

Satan, the Antichrist will be seated in the temple proclaiming to be God and hat is who you are going to be delivered up to.

These people that are delivering you up are thanking that they are bringing you to Jesus. They truly thank he is because they have been told Jesus comes before Satan to rapture us away. Your message is his is the Antichrist do not believe him so of course they are not going to like you.

Luke 21:17

English Standard Version
You will be hated by all for my name’s sake.
Berean Study Bible
And you will be hated by everyone because of My name.
King James Bible
And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.

Strong's Greek 3404:To hate, detest, love less, esteem less. From a primary misos; to detest; by extension, to love less.

Luke 21:18

English Standard Version
But not a hair of your head will perish.

Berean Study Bible
Yet not even a hair of your head will perish.

Berean Literal Bible
And no, not a hair of your head should perish.

King James Bible
But there shall not an hair of your head perish.

Mark 13:11-13

KJV

But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.12Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.13And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

ESV

And when they bring you to trial and deliver you over, do not be anxious beforehand what you are to say, but say whatever is given you in that hour, for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit. 12And brother will deliver brother over to death, and the father his child, and children will rise against parents and have them put to death. 13And you will be hated by all for my name’s sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved.

Verse 11. You are not to thank about what you will say, you are not to be anxious about it either. It will not be you speaking but the Holy Spirit that speaks through you.

Verse 12: You will be betrayed up to death.

Strong's Greek 2288: Death, physical or spiritual. From thnesko; death.

Hebrews 2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

Luke 21:18. But there shall not an hair of your head perish.19In your patience possess ye your souls.

That is the promise IF we allow the Holy Spirit to speak through us we will save our soul and death(Satan) can not take our lives(Spiritual, eternal live) God will not allow Satan to kill our physica body either. Mot a hair on your head will parish.

If we commit that unpardonable sin and open our mouths and we starting talking our words and not those of the Holy Spirit we have denied Him.

My opinion I do not thank that anyone of Gods elect at that point in time will commit this sin.

The Devil is a serpent. All living creatures had the Breath of Life, which is the spirit. The Devil what he did is he tore the spirit into the Three Lies. It is the original sin, this is reinforced by other scriptures where Jesus calls him the father of lies, where John says that the Devil has been sinning from the beginning, and so forth.

Of course Adam, and by extension man, can have forgiveness because they transgressed but not out of pure spite or defiance, but have some degrees of innocence because the whole thing was set into motion by the Devil. The Devil has zero chance of forgiveness for this action though, absolutely no hope for the serpent, cursed above all cattle is he.

First, let's look at what the Bible says. "Truly, I tell you, people can be forgiven all their sins and every slander they utter, but whoever does Blasphemy Against The Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin." Mark 3:28-29 "I tell you, whoever publicly acknowledges me before others, the Son of Man will also acknowledge before the angels of God.

But whoever disowns me before others will be disowned before the angels of God. And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven."

The Holy Spirit is the person of God who convicts one of their sinful states. When a person hears the Gospel and understands their condition before God is one of spiritual death ("...for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23; "There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God. All have turned away. Together, they become worthless; no one does good, not even one."

JESUS said that All manner of sins and blasphemy will be forgiven but blasphemy against the HOLY SPIRIT will not be forgiven.

what Is the difference of blasphemy In word and blasphemy In Spirit?

A kid might lose their mom are dad In a violent accident and the person might curse GOD then later feel sorry for cursing GOD and repent but IMO when a person blasphemes from the heart they Really have gotten to the point where they won’t accept GOD even If they aren’t angry. All conviction Is gone.

This is pretty easy to define. Jesus had just told the Pharisees off and hey told him he did his works of Miracles at the hand of Beelzebub, (Satan/devil) and thus Jesus' warning BECAUSE they attributed the Holy Spirts work unto Satan. Why dd Jesus say if you do this against the Holy Spirit it will not be forgiven? Because the Holy Spirit had work to do through the Disciples/Saints/Church for the next 2000 years, thus anyone attributing evil to the holy spirit or even lying about the holy spirit as Ananias and Sapphira did.

This is why I warn people not to mock people they truly do not know like Benny Hinn, if he is healing under the holy spits power and you mock that power or lie against it, you are in a world of trouble, if you do not know, just stay silent. Its that simple, the Holy Spirit has work to do and cant be hindered, Jesus' work was to die on a cross and lead the Disciples down the correct path. But the Holy Spirit has work to do.

It sure is a toughie that one.
it would not be so hard if one would remember Jesus is the only person to use the term Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit in the Gospels and for only one reason. The Pharisees said Jesus cast out the devil by the power of the devil. Jesus said that is impossible to do house can the devil's kingdom stand if they are divided? Then Jesus said all manner of blasphemy would be forgiven but that of the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit will never be. Jesus said IF I cast out the devil by the power of the devil then who do you and your children cast them out by?

Then Jesus said, "therefore they shall be your judges."Matt 12:25-32

28But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. 29Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.

30He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. 31Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.

Did they go that far? was He not warning them not to go so far as to blaspheme the Holy Spirit? I think they did, that particular generation of religious leaders.

Jesus was pointing out how IMPOSSIBLE it is for the devil to do miracles of healing and mercy, he is just as ravenous a wolf as ravenous can be. He understands nothing but to tear and wreak havoc. He has a pure hatred for God's creation. He cannot do any good thing.

Those people who often quote the "Lord did we not cast out devils in thy name ... " need to think more carefully about what the Lord means. If people are truly casting out devils and healing the sick they are doing so by the power of God.

.... if they go astray, if they go off the rails, if they become crooked, the anointing will lift off their ministry and the healing and deliverance will fizzle out and their ministries will be reduced to hoo hah and noise and hullabaloo. America is a graveyard of such failed ministries.

They started out in power and unction, they ended in dismal failure. Pay close attention to what preachers SAY. I would not encourage criticism or character assassination of such ministers but I would counsel avoidance.

You have a strange way of thinking, I'm sure you understand that we Gentiles are called each one personally and individually to God's grace, we are then grafted into the one Vine which is Christ, if we abide in Him we will bear fruit and our joy will be full.

There is only one Body, but it's members are different one from another having different functions and a diversity of gifts.

Which of these do you say is poisoned?

I'm still baffled, I seen God do wonderful miracles, I have received many myself. I have watched in wonder as people have been born again before my very eyes as I preached to them, I've seen their faces light up like angels.

If I am asked I say I am Pentecostal, I was saved through a Pentecostal ministry. Where is the poison?

Though I was saved through a Pentecostal ministry, I did not received that minister's spirit. All he did was point me to Christ and bade me to come to Christ directly to receive from Him. And I did. Where is the poison?

The scripture that God used to quicken my spirit and open my eyes was "Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday and today and forever"

.... blew me away

My but you are bitter, no wonder you speak so much about poison trees. It is those who were converted to Pharisee who were made twice the son of hell.

Nobody who is saved by Christ is a child of hell. Either the Holy Spirit is working with somebody or He isn't, what comes after salvation is what follows on from salvation, we can turn aside, the preacher through whom we are saved can turn aside, then the Holy Spirit will stop working with that person. Paul counsels us is look at the end of ministers lives.

The Holy Spirit can only demonstrate the truth. Your eyes as I have told you frequently are fixed upon men and the things of men instead of being firmly fixed upon the word of God.
