It is not the ice wall that would prevent people from "falling off the edge of the world"; rather, it is the extremely cold and harsh landscape between the ice wall and the 'edge'. (if that is what is really there; we do not really know)

Funny. Yes, funny. And copied off a flat earth conference site. Not my fault if some flat earthers are so amusing. (shrugs) Basically, the lot of you are somewhat amusing ;)

Most believers in a flat Earth think the planet is a flat disk surrounded by an ice wall.

I mean who do the ancient Greeks think we are anyway? The nerve of them proving the earth is round.

The authors of the Bible dependend how things appeared to them, not Science or speacial revelation related to science. The authors were inspired by God, not dicatated like Satan does to the false revelations like the Koran, Urantia Book, Book of Mormon, just off the top of my head. Joseph Smith looked into a hat with a seer stone in it to get the BOM word for word.
 
IF the earth is flat, and I live on the West Coast of America, how can I sail west and reach the East Coast of America? Seems that eventually I would fall off the west side of the earth, right?

OH YEAH!

Well, if the earth is round, how is it the folks living below the equater, like in Australia don't fall off?

All kinds of questions need to be answered. Our so called science and logic may be completely wrong.
 
IF the earth is round at rapture all those raptured folks would be going away from each other into the heavens

Different compasses,,one weighted for the northern hemisphere,, another weighted for the southern and another for the equator(small wire wrapped around the needle for weight), If not the needle would dip down and hit the bottom or glass(needle for the equator has no weight)....
