Well, thanks for the clarity. We are very far apart in our theologies.
I agree...mine comes from the teaching of Jesus Christ through his Holy Spirit.
So you think. That's what everyone thinks. Why would anyone admit that their theology comes from any other source?
But your theology does NOT line up with the Bible, whether you understand that or not.
From the Author of Salvation....
On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?” 26 “What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?” He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ ” 28 “You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.”
(Luke 10:25-28)
If you disagree, your disagreement is not only with me...but with the Lords teachings.
I see that you don't understand what Jesus was telling this rich young ruler then. He thought he would "inherit eternal life" by 'keeping the Law". And he did keep some or most of them. So what? Jesus went to his heart and proved to him that he wasn't even keeping the first and MOST IMPORTANT commandment. He loved his wealth way more than God. That is why he went away sad.
He wasn't even ready to hear the gospel. He thought he would get into heaven by keeping some of the Law.

And the rest of your post highly suggests that you think lifestyle is part of the manner in which we get saved. That is exactly what the Pharisees of Jesus' day thought as well. And Jesus really reamed them for it.
Yes I do, and here are two witnesses who agrees with me. Would you like to see more?
And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. (Revelation 20:12)
For this is the reason the gospel was preached even to those who are now dead, so that they might be judged according to human standards in regard to the body, but live according to God in regard to the spirit.
(1 Peter 4:6)
So you think the crowd at the GWT judgment agrees with you? Sure, maybe they do. They all were hoping to avoid the lake of fire based on their deeds. That's the point Jesus made in Matt 7:21-23.
The point of being judged based on their deeds was to determine the level of "tolerability" IN the LoF.
This is what Jesus taught about the varying levels of tolerability in the LoF:
Matt 11:24 - But I tell you that
it will be more tolerable on the day of judgment for the land of Sodom than for you.”
That's all that works will get you. A somewhat more tolerable place in the LoF. That's all.
If you are basing your lifestyle on getting into heaven, then know this: you'd better hustle with all your might, because all you're going to get for all that work and effort is a somewhat more tolerable place in the LoF.
That is what Jesus taught.
