This video makes a strong case that Constantine wasn't a Christian at all but a sun worshipper. He made Jesus into a sun god similar to Apollo or Mithras. He didn't see Him as any different, just another form.

On Constantine's arch, which he had erected after his victory at the Milvian bridge, there are no Christian symbols at all, but all kinds of pagan symbolism. In the earliest account of his victory by Eusebius, there's no mention of a vision of the cross or anything Christian. This seems to be a myth that developed after the fact.

It's very easy to see the elements of sun worship in Catholicism if a person looks. Images of the sun are profuse and can be seen everywhere in Catholic cathedrals and imagery.

Constantine was the one who made the Jewish sabbath illegal and forced people to observe "the venerable day of the sun," Sunday. Does that like the act of a Christian?

I never got the impression he was a true convert. God however did use him to spread the Gospel throughout and the Roman and Byzantine empires.

What sort of gospel? The gospel of the Kingdom of God? I don't see it myself. The Roman catholic organisation is worldly, not spiritual.

I’m not talking about Roman Catholicism. I’m saying it’s wasn’t illegal anymore and more gentiles heard the message more freely than before.

Many people accept Christianity intellectually. There is no change of heart, no true repentance. Some assert that Constantine was trying to appease the pagan society as well as be a good Christian. That never works out for the good. Personally, I think that Satan's greatest trick was to make Christianity socially acceptable. Constantine's apparent conversion meant that many government employees faked their conversion to stay in favour with Constantine. So the fake became well entrenched with the true and the church became like Babylon, confused and a mixture of truth and lies.

God has always had a remnant, the true believers who are often hidden among the fake. I hope to live long enough to see the real church separate from the fake and rise up to be as God intends for us to be.

Difficult stance given that the church flourished and multiplied under Roman persecution. What church would we have today if the saints who were systematically killed by the Roman church remained alive in their time?

Not to mention the killing and wars organized by Rome “in the name of Christ”. Now that God is revealing centuries of child rape and cover-up by the Roman church leaders no one can innocently remain a Roman Catholic and say they never knew. God’s people will come out of that prostitute. Those who remain will take part in her judgement. It is that plain. Furthermore, the Lord will never abandon His own, so any argument that it is too difficult to leave the Roman church after generations of membership is of no consequence to Him. Leave now and trust the Lord.

It is important for all who believe to come to understand that the prostitute is the mother of all prostitutes, and those who believe will be called out of them all.. I know the prophecy is singular but I also realize it refers to them all. There are hundreds of Sun-day worshipers. Hundreds referring to the multitude of denominations other than children of Abraham.

That's where many are confused. He didn't spread Christianity. He spread sun worship under the guise of Christianity. He simply identified Jesus with his own idol, Sol Invictus.

He made Christianity legal out of political expediency, not because he was a genuine Christian.

The "mother church" is indeed the mother of prostitutes.

Well yes, he was still a pagan emperor. I’m saying God used his power and influence as emperor to allow the faith to foster and grow. It became the official religion of Rome a decade later. Now, what came out of that is another matter. No, I don’t believe Constantine was a Christian, but his influence with it was undeniable.

Nope.

Although the Vatican is the literal kingdom of antichrist that we're warned about in scripture, and although the Roman Catholic church is totally corrupt, "THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS" that we read about in the book of Revelation is Jerusalem, and Jerusalem alone...and there are multiple ways of easily proving the same.

Well, "easily" for those who actually believe what the Bible actually says, but that's probably another topic for another day.

Well, I agree on one point: His influence is undeniable.

Yes, Constantine was a Christian. I recommend Church Historian Eusebius work on how Constantine's reign helped Christianity to spread and fulfilled prophecy. Constantine was a Great Emperor because he promoted the Reign of Jesus Christ as King of kings.

"8. These words, predicted ages before in the Hebrew tongue, have received in our own day a visible fulfillment, by which the testimonies of the ancient oracles are clearly confirmed. And now, if you still desire more ample proof, receive it, not in words, but from the facts themselves. Open the eyes of your understanding; expand the gates of thought; pause awhile, and consider; inquire of yourself as though thou were another, and thus diligently examine the nature of the case. What king or prince in any age of the world, what philosopher, legislator, or prophet, in civilized or barbarous lands, has attained so great a height of excellence, I say not after death, but while living still, and full of mighty power, as to fill the ears and tongues of all mankind with the praises of his name? Surely none save our only Saviour has done this, when, after his victory over death, he spoke the word to his followers, and fulfilled it by the event, saying to them, Go, and make disciples of all nations in my name. (Mat 28:19) He it was who gave the distinct assurance, that his gospel must be preached in all the world for a testimony to all nations (cf. Mat 24:14), and immediately verified his word: for within a little time the world itself was filled with his doctrine." (Chapter 16: https://www.newadvent.org/fathers/2504.htm)

Well, Eusebius; if a "church" historian says it you know it's reliable.

The "christianity" Constantine spread is not even Christianity. Catholcism doesn't have a leg to stand on. The jig is up. No one can read Yahweh's word objectively and then look at Constantine's monstrosity and say it comes from Yahweh.
