Should Christians be allowed to own a gun legally?

It's up to the individual and their conscience. Personally, I've never wanted a gun. And it's difficult to get one legally in Australia. I find it hard to reconcile "in God we trust" with a house full of guns.

Gubs are a unique responsibility that can get you in a heap of trouble by not following some new law you didn't know anything about that the DA just "discovered" through his interpretation of laws.

Look at Kyle's story in Wisconsin. He wS doing EXACTLY as the framers of the constitution proscribed but that DA had him up on murder charges....while the true murderers and thugs were given deals to exempt them from prosecution.

That's why the more I stay off our governments radar screen the better off I am.

And my own theme music would be nice also. And the ladies faint when I ride by or try to make me stay but I can't because ... I've got to ride on... west... in the sunset... while she cries..."Don't Go..."

The issue is the same as it's always been I think. If you arm yourself with anything that's premeditated in that you showed "intent",,, Think "concealed carry permit" you armed yourself for what purpose? Then again look at it this way because you never actually needed it at all because if someone was endangering you or a family member then what ever is just there by coincidence you can defend you and them with(screwdriver,hammer baseball bat ect.) So get a "hunting license" because if you have one you can at a moments notice "go hunting" and so you can have it with you all the time and that's why you had it there.

Yep the mass shootings take place in the cities and not the woods for a good reason,,,

PS the hat will stop a hickory nut but think "snake boots" it's 2022...

Well, Australia had a mandatory gun buy back program in the 90’s and recently was placing people in mandatory containment camps for Covid. How do you reconcile that with any type of liberty?

lol, I guess it's something that everyone will look at based on where they live so if from the city they will see it one way. On the other hand though where I live and hunted,,, https://www.tshaonline.org/handbook/entries/upland-island-wilderness-area https://www.loc.gov/item/89691042/ there really are alligators, and six foot rattle snakes,,,and several cats(bobcats,pumas ect.) there are bears and wild hogs and copperheads and coral snakes ect.ect. If you notice reading about the wilderness areas you cannot use anything with wheels(so no 4 Wheeler's,wheel barrows ect.) and so think horse? I think Hollywood may give an impression that people dress up and pretend but none of the ones I see where I live are playing dress up at all.

Boots are functional. They protect you from snake bites and all kinds of stickers and thorns. The Stetson keeps the sun off an and a felt hat is more useful than straw so forget the straw type hats get a felt, beaver if you can find one. And the duster keeps the dust off you. One that has the oil to repel the water is good also.
It's all useful gear.
I would love the spurs too, just because they sound awesome when you walk across the room.

lol, I guess I'm just too poor all I got is rocky boots, me and my wife both,,hers are newer but mine I have rebuilt the soles on(peel them apart,scrape them down with a knife and use two coats of contact cement on both sides,,,then spray them with water proofing spray from Walmart),,, so far they lasted about 15 years...
