CA church shooter is Chinese national who hated Taiwanese, authorities say
Authorities believe the suspect behind a deadly Sunday shooting at a church in California is a Chinese national who acted out of hate for the church’s Taiwanese congregation.
The Associated Press reported that at a Monday press conference, Orange County Sheriff Don Barnes said the suspect, identified as David Chou, was a Chinese immigrant who acted out of a grievance against the Taiwanese community.

Biden makes small mention of deadly California church shooting in remarks celebrating Asian Heritage
“We know that, [despite] generations of progress, racism and hate crimes persist,” he told the crowd gathered in the Rose Garden to mark Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
“Today we know that maybe you are one of them who don’t feel safe walking in American streets. A shooting near Atlanta a year ago is still fresh … in the hearts of so many. Just as we’ve seen hate crime shootings in Orange County, California, and Dallas, Texas, just last week,” Mr. Biden said.

Now let us see how he speaks about the Buffalo shooting to compare:
Biden labels Buffalo shooting 'domestic terrorism' after visiting scene
"The ideology of white supremacy has no place in America," Biden said.
During an afternoon address, Biden called on Americans to reject white supremacy, calling it a "poison" that's "running through our body politic" that has been "allowed to grow and fester in front of our eyes."
"What happened here is simple, straightforward," Biden said. "Terrorism. Domestic terrorism. Violence inflicted in the service of hate. And the vicious thirst for power that defines one group of people as being inherently inferior to any other group," he said.
Alluding to the "great replacement theory" conspiracy, an idea espoused by the alleged shooter and echoed in language used by some Republicans and media figures, Biden called on Americans to "reject the lie" and condemned those "who spread the lie for power, for political gain and for profit."
"We need to say as clearly enforced as we can, that the ideology of white supremacy has no place in America. None! And look, failure for us to not say, failure to say that is going to be complicity. Silence is complicity, it's complicity," Biden said. "We cannot remain silent."

Biden goes straight to the topic of systemic racism, gun control, and replacement theory. All have a bit of truth but obviously not how he understands these things.
The Buffalo shooting was legitimately proven unlike George Floyd to be a racist attack. But this does not imply a systemic problem of white supremacy. This is a lie.
Gun Control laws were already in place but failed to stop the guy from buying the gun. The guy had already been in trouble for threatening to shoot up a school. More laws do nothing if the current ones are not enforexed. They only hurt law abiding citizens who want to protect themselves from maniacs like this.
Replacement theory has been spoken of by Republicans not in context of American citizens but in showing the Democrat agenda of open borders hoping to replace the majority of conservatives which just so happens to be white. They assume all these illegal aliens will vote for them and harm red states as they bus them into red states.
But to them having a border is racist so what do you expect.
Hopefully, people will see right through his political agenda.
