As a Christian, I accept that persecution for my faith is coming. So, should I just bite my lip, pray for peace, and wait? Or, should I shout from the rooftops and continue to fight the good fight?

Fight the good fight. Speak against evil for the world cannot thwart what God already established before time existed.

Actually, God says perseverance, not lip biting, is the key.

It seems that you have counted the cost and excepted its rewards.

And for the glory that was set before him he endured the cross.

I think you should be wise and go below the radar, so that you can be effective in people`s lives who are desiring to receive the truth. No good just being a quick firework going off and snuffed out, but be discerning, `Who is ready to receive?`

Remember we don`t fight `flesh and blood` but then a you say we may be persecuted. Jesus was and He went below the radar till the time for His crucifixion.

It seems to me that the time has come when we should flood the churches with our numbers...

I am so glad to see this thread this morning. I am sure we have people from all around the world, but I want to talk about My country the country I served in the Navy to defend. The protests over the weekend on church steeps, in front of the homes of Judges is just WRONG. I had the news on, and Tucker Carlson said something that rang so true. They hate the church because the church is supposed to be the one place where race, the amount of money you have etc. does not matter because we are all supposed to be equal in the eyes of God, we are all to be of one mind "the mind of Christ" but do we. Paul wrote this in 1st Corinthians 3
1And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. 2I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able. 3For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men? 4For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? 5Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man? 6I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. 7So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
That is where we are today; I am a put in what ever church you belong to, I want to go to a church that only believes what I believe, that is of the only race I am, I want to go to a church that includes all gays, bisexual, etc. Where is the church of God today that will stand up and say this is the church where everyone is welcome, but we are going to teach the word of God from the bible with understanding chapter by chapter and verse by verse. Everyone is welcome but we are going to tell you sin is wrong, you must put on the mind of Christ, we are going to teach people the milk of the word in order to bring forth growth so thay grow and be skilled to hande the deeper things of God. 2nd Thimothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. You can find a church on every street corner tha says God is here but it is there jesus not The Jesus of the bible not the Son of God

His own are being called to Him from ALL "churches" and religions through Christ.
The Ecclesia is the body of believers, we lost our way in the formation of an organization wrongly teaching the need to go through "them" to get to Him, Jesus is the one way, one truth, one life.
Many "churches" speak of "the authority of the church" when the truth is that ALL authority was given to Jesus, and He did not give it away.
Come quickly, Lord Jesus.

Our best witness isn't seeing us with an overbearing "expose' "of the sins of the world.
There's an old saying.... "I'd rather see a sermon than hear one any day".
When the world watches our persecution, they watch a rock-solid sermon.

“So, should I just bite my lip, pray for peace, and wait?

Or, should I shout from the rooftops and continue to fight the good fight?”

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds)

casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭10:3-5‬ ‭KJV

it seems much of our war is internal our spirit v our flesh
“Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.

I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: but I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭9:24-27‬ ‭

FIght for the truth but be cautious, Jesus disciples were careful and had to hide, we are not there yet but persecution of christians is increasing.

Matthew 13 Jesus gives us the parable of the wheat and the tears.
24Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: 25But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. 26But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. 27So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? 28He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? 29But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. 30Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

Matthew 13 Jesus gives us the answer to that parable
36Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field. 37He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; 38The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; 39The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. 40As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. 41The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; 42And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
I do not thank you will find this tought in 90% of churches and I do not thank that 90% of people that call themselves christians would read this and agree with it.

Notice the first thing Jesus does. He sends away the multitude away. Why did He do that? I thank He know that the multitude is like most christians today and they just do not want to hear the truth. They have itching ears. The seed this is very important.
seed σπέρμα (sperma) Noun - Accusative Neuter Singular
Strong's Greek 4690: From speiro; something sown, i.e. Seed; by implication, offspring; specially, a remnant.
The seed is referring to offspring both physical and spiritual. Satan has his children the Kenites (sons of Cain) John 8: 44. Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. 45And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not. God has His children too those that chouse to make Him King of there lives.
Matthew 13:37 He that soweth the good seed is the Son of Man (Jesus) 38. The field is the world. This is important also remember the 2 men one is taken and one is left. Which one do you want to be? "I want to be the second one" The good seed the children of the kingdom The tares the children of the wicked one(Satan). Two and only two type of children in the world. 39. the enemy that sowed bad seed is the devil. (period end of story) The harvest is the end of the world. The reapers are the angles. 40. The tares are gathered first. for space sake jump to 43. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the son in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear let him hear. Do you have ears to hear? I do not know but you do. I am willing to bet that 90% of people calming to be christians do not and the same goes for the churches. If it was not that wat we would have a different world.

Oh, I don't think any Christian church would mind being over-crowded with true believers lol ;)
But then they, the ones in charge would still have the power and control, for it, the public meeting is a business. This business of producing a public meeting needs finance and more people sitting in the pews would bring in more money.

Is that what you are desiring?

does the “indwelling of Christ manifesting through us “ do good works through us ? Or do we keep operating in our old ways of the flesh ? Does it change our ways when this happens ?

“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:16, 19-21‬ ‭

doesn’t this indwelling manifesting from within us outwardly , mean now our actual deeds and ways are going to become right ?

and then don’t those warnings tell us of our actions aren’t getting right we should repent and start changing our ways ?

And can you please show me where Jesus set up an organisation in the Body of Christ, to put on public meetings, bringing in finance?
