This, what you say is true.
So let's go on what we are told = no mention of water baptism with the thief in the given account.
If the FATHER thought that was important to the account given HE would easily included that aspect in the life of the theif prior to the thief being hung on the cross.
What is THE SINGLE Aspect/Virture/REQUIRMENT that saves our souls and the soul of the Thief in this account given to us?

No. Everyone is born through embryonic fluid so that isn’t the point. Not everyone gets baptized though which is the point. It would be like Jesus saying that in order to be born again you must be a living human being which his audience obviously were. No need to state the obvious of course.

We are not required to have a physical water baptism for the second coming of Christ and to be resurrected .

Doesn’t really sound like how Jesus speaks either. You basically have Christ saying “you must have been born to be alive so that you can be born again.” Obviously Nicodemus was alive and didn’t need to be told that. Jesus was speaking about spiritual truths, not the carnal live birth of people. This is what Nicodemus and yourself don’t seem to get. Study this carefully for your sake. You heard it here.

This is comparing real life to the symbolism of His death and resurrection in water baptism.

As for what is Truth? No one knows but God. All we can do is study, test, converse, etc. with open hearts and minds.

I do NOT believe that people have different paths to heaven (resurrections) based on whether they have been baptized in water or not.
For me to change from that opinion you would have to show me compelling evidence in scripture.
So far, I've seen none. (I'm not the only one that is unconvinced).

Yes a lot of debate on the actual pronunciation of the name. I believe God is all knowing and has a connection to the thoughts of people and sees them even when they are bad thoughts. He knows who you’re trying to reach out to and it’s Him.

Well, keep searching the Scripture concerning who YHWH is.
The LORD Jesus told us already, as did Moses in the Torah and the Prophets.
And for this very reason the Jews desired to kill HIM, as to this day.
jehovah false witnesses also mistake who YHWH is and no wonder for they corrupt the Scripture: "the Word was a god."
The LORD never prayed to anyone other then to HIS FATHER. JESUS never prayed to YHWH.

Hard to say. We only get snapshots into specific scenes, not the back story on every individual character, but if the "thief on the cross", which could even be some kind of wink to Revelation 16:15:

Was Jesus next to a thief? Did they divide His garments? Nothing concrete but some interesting parallels.
The NT was written in Greek. So you will not see the name YHWH.
Neither my son, nor my daughter, address me by my name. They call me "Dad".
Jesus addresses his Literal father as "Father". He does, I'm sure, know his name, though.
As for JW or LDS, for that matter, you probably know more than I do.
I do know that there re no "J" or "V" in ancient Hebrew.
I know that Elijah's name in Hebrew ends with "YAHUU" (referring to God's name)
I know that Judah's name in Hebrew begins with "YAHUU" (referring to God's name)
I know that Ancient Hebrew has no "VAV" but has "WAW" (which can have the long "U" sound as above).
I also know that the "H" has the "ah" sound (not "eh") (sounds Canadian)
I also know that "YAHUAH" might not be correct. There just isn't a better candidate.
