The world is falling apart. Jesus told us it would in Matthew 24 which I have written about.
Why are Christians not united in the Spirit of God to stand against the evil, the open disregard for what the bible, with God, and just good human decency says. Teaching transgender, guy, lesbian and even if you just want to know what the difference is between boys and girls in our schools. Why do we put up with teachers telling kids to send pictures of each other if they have questions about the opposite sex. Preschoolers, kindgardeners that if you thank you are a boy even if you are a girl it is ok to change your sex
From an on line post by Fox news.
Public schools in Washington state and Oregon are teaching topics related to gender identity to children as young as 5.
The Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), which oversees K-12 education in the state, defines "gender" as "a social construct based on emotional, behavioral and cultural characteristics attached to a person’s assigned biological sex." The OSPI set health education standards for all public schools in 2016, requiring children in kindergarten and first grade to learn that "there are many ways to express gender," while children in second and third grade are taught that "there is a range of gender roles and expression."

Students listen to their teacher during their first day of transitional kindergarten class at Tustin Ranch Elementary School in Tustin, California, on Aug. 11, 2021. (Paul Bersebach/MediaNews Group/Orange County Register via Getty Images)
The standards sparked a backlash last month after first-graders in the Edmonds School District were reportedly given materials about gender pronouns that taught gender can be broken down into three categories: a "girl," a "boy," and "neither or both." The district defended the assignment, saying it "is required to teach state standards."

Meanwhile, in Oregon, the state board of education adopted health education standards, also in 2016, requiring kindergartners and first-graders to "recognize that there are many ways to express gender" and to "provide examples of how friends and family influence how people think they should act on the basis of their gender."
Second-graders in Oregon are being taught to "recognize differences and similarities of how individuals identify regarding gender" and how to "communicate respectfully with and about people of all gender identities, gender expressions and sexual orientations."
Third-graders in the state are expected to be able to "define sexual orientation," as well as "recognize differences and similarities of how individuals identify regarding gender or sexual orientation."
I just read in the bible today Jesus mad a whip went into the tempel square and tore it up. Why they were disrespecting Gods house. Are the churches today disrespecting God by not standing up and saying this is wrong. I have been saved a short but I have been to churches, watched them on line and they are silent about this. During the early and middle part of Covid I was not going to church; but tell me why a pastor would allow mimself be taped and played on tv of him comming out and doing a "stripteese" so they could have church. Yes He was making fun of the obsurity of the rule that a strip joint was more open to the public than a church. Where was the church on this latest Supream Court Justus. I don't care that she was a woman, I don't care that she was black, I would not care if she was purple with pink pokadots. What I care about is that she has no reguard of the law of God, and our constution.
What do you thank would happen to me if I went into the church next Sunday and started turning thing over taking a whip to people and telling them to quit destroying Gods house stop turning it into a plce of false worship. That is what is happing to the churches today. I have not seen every church, I have not been to every church Your church may be different and I hope it is but if you are in a church that is silent on this they are supporting it. Jesus said we were to stand up against evil.
I will get off my soap box for know

"""Threat to democracy... Enemy of democracy... Castigating all Democrats for democracy... Orange man bad, tyranny-tyranny-tyranny!"""

Our Founding Fathers were keenly aware about the risks of governing solely by majority rule, which is why they gave us a constitutional republic laden with checks and balances.

"If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary. In framing a government which is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: you must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself. A dependence on the people is, no doubt, the primary control on the government; but experience has taught mankind the necessity of auxiliary precautions." James Madison

The wisdom of “auxiliary precautions” has been grasped since antiquity. Plato, for example, critiqued radical democracy for putting excessive emphasis on freedom and thus opening itself up to injustice and eventual collapse. Unrestrained freedom, he argued, leads people to overindulge their appetites and act on foolish impulses. Such a state quickly deteriorates into anarchy and mob rule, ultimately betraying the common good. Eventually, this pervasive injustice can open the way for despotism. As we’ve learned from the outcome of the French Revolution, what began as a democratic Enlightenment project to fulfill the “rights of man” and achieve total equality and freedom... culminated in the “common folk” beheading King Louis XVI and vicious mob rule.

Thankfully, our framers were wiser than their French counterparts were. Drawing upon history from ancient Greece and Rome, John Adams warned posterity to “Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself.”

Compatriot Benjamin Franklin likewise admonished: “Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote!” Thomas Jefferson agreed: “A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.”

Due to these well-grounded fears, our Founders prudently crafted a government that combined elements of monarchy (the presidency), aristocracy (the Senate), and democracy (the House), while further dividing power between state and federal governments (federalism). As good government requires checks and balances against the excesses of each type of government—and against human nature itself—they devised a selection process for the president to moderate the passions of the voting populace (the Electoral College). Make no mistake: our government was designed to be a constitutional representative republic with a democratic election process.

Seems to me... the Democrats tend to revel in their own willful ignorance since children aren't taught any of this in public schools anymore. Here's another history lesson for you...

FACTS... From 1710 to 1807 Great Britain was the most prolific slave-trader on the planet. 2870000 Africans were sold to the Americas equaling 1/3 of all slaves sold by the six slave trading European nations of that time. Slaves purchased from the warring American Indian tribes are estimated to be in the 10s of thousands. African slaves were preferred because Indians would just run away, and Indian males were notoriously non-compliant because they considered farming woman's work. The surrender at Yorktown, VA marked the end of America's war of independence from Great Britain on October 19, 1781 led by General George Washington with help from the French.

The anti-slavery Republican Party was born in a Ripon, Wisconsin schoolhouse on March 20, 1854 and Abraham Lincoln was its first president in 1860. At its birth, the Republican Party had no presence in the Southern United States. The Democrats controlled the national government from 1852 until 1860, and Presidents Pierce and Buchanan were friendly to Southern interests. The Southern Democrats insisted slavery was national. In the Cornerstone Address, Confederate Vice President Alexander H. Stephens stated "The negro is not equal to the white man; Slavery, subordination to the superior race, is his natural and normal condition". Abraham Lincoln leads the Union to victory in the American Civil War (April 12,1861- April 9,1865) abolishing slavery, and was assassinated April 15, 1865. The KKK was born December 24,1865 in Pulaski, TN and "Southern Reconstruction" lasted until 1877.

The southern states remain Democrat until the passage of the Civil Rights Act in 1964, largely attributed to Martin Luther King jr who was assassinated April 4,1968 in Memphis, TN. Vice President Lyndon B Johnson, Democrat from Texas, assumes the Presidency after John F Kennedy is assassinated November 22,1963, and serves until 1969. As Democratic Senate Majority Leader in 1957, LBJ voted against Civil Rights for obvious North vs South reasons. However, just five days after JFK's assassination, LBJ champions the Civil Rights Act while reportedly referring to it as the “Nigg** bill” in more than one private phone conversations, and stating "I'll have those nigg**s voting Democratic for the next 200 years." To this day most blacks in America are still slaves to Democrat ideology / victimology and still vote Democrat.

What's the point of this long winded sermon you ask? Simple... The Republicans never owned any slaves. The Republicans are never given credit for championing the cause of equal rights and abolishing slavery world wide. Republicans are never acknowledged for defining the term "democratic" within the modern limitations of free society. Whenever tyranny rears its ugly head... it's always a Republican that answers. Why? Because conservative constitutional republicans still cling to the fundamental Christian values that the US constitution is founded upon!

Your concerns are very justified! False teachers for filthy lucre sake, have invaded Churches all over.

Jesus said" A little Leven will leven the whole lump". Years ago ministers begin lowering standards. They looked the other way when couples shacking up attended services. They stretched and twisted scriptures, until they completely changed the message of repentance and holy living. This has fallen out to more ungodliness and corruption.

None the less, I believe their are enough God fearing people in communities that if we ban together, we can make a huge difference.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

The days of "conservative" Republicans vanished a few decades ago. Now the majority are RINOs and that is why America is on the brink of total destruction. The Biden administration and the Democrats are succeeding only because the RINOs stand by and do nothing to oppose them. As to the OP Christians (ordinary citizens) are protesting against all the Leftist evil propaganda in different ways.

kenallen, I'm hearing two things and I'm not sure which one you're concerned about, or both.

You say our churches have fallen away and no longer preach truth; on the other hand you seem to be saying we should take a more proactive stance against the unChristian social agendas of our time.

Do you believe if the churches preached more openly and directly against these things the body of Christ would be stronger?

with gender, its a construct, but its doesnt mean that you cant be happy with what biology you are born with.

How would you teach it anyway if you had to teach it.
That girls can only do x and boys can only do z?

In the olden days, most girls were barred from taking higher subjects or not even allowed to go to school.
so, I dont know if it was any better in the old days. Though Jesus never stopped Mary from learning.

He did not say...Mary, you are female, stay in the kitchen, its not worth teaching you.

Gender's not a construct, it's a reality. There are two genders, male and female; there aren't any others.

We're being conditioned to believe gender is whatever a person says it is; but this does a great disservice to people, especially children. Instead of teaching them to accept who they are anatomically, as it's been done for thousands of years, we tell them it's okay to mutilate themselves so they'll "look" like what they believe their gender is. And even if they accomplish this, it won't change their gender. You can use cosmetic surgery and hormones to make a boy look like a girl or vice versa, but it's medically impossible to change a person's gender.

mmm I dont know, and I dont think its really taught like that, if at all!

in langauges you can have masculine and feminine (french and others have this)
in china its ying and yang

its a bit more than straight biology it can also be applied to objects and concepts as well.

I think it is also important to remember that it is true that you don't exactly see people on the streets preaching the gospel or out in the cirty yelling to repent for the kingdom of God is here and this because this is not how the gospel is preached in this modern era.
We are an era of internet video wifi and yes in person as well, there are many methods as to how to spread the good news and to be good assets to the kingdom not all are so direct and outright

Some of the most important work is done in secret behind the scenes, I respect prayer warrirors greatly for instance. I mean can you imagine the kind of heart to take out of their own time to go in private and pray fervently for someone? I mean people make prayer requests all the time but how many prayer warriros do we have I wonder? How many go out of their way to pray for these people no matter how small their requests? how many people go to God in that styate of prayer and know the power of prayer personally not because they have recieved it but because they pray for people so much they see his works in action?

These types of things are very important yet would go unheard unseen and yet happen all the time

are you a teacher

I live in nz, and work in public schools its not taught like that

america must have odd teaching standards or none at all.
