Resident Alien, you are two things...predictable and pathetic...while we're at it, you're ugly and your mother dresses you funny.
Did I mention that you are blind also? If not, I just did! Lol
Attributing work of the Holy Spirit to Satan is not a good thing to do. You need to give yourself a shake, and if you are still able to, repent! You've been warned!
listen please,

the context of the pentacostel experience is from the Word of God found in Acts chapter 1:8 and Chapter 2. That being said many of our pentacostel / Charismatics operate by doing semantics. This causes scoffing and mocking. The gifts of the Holy Spirit described in 1cor chapter 12 through 14 are for today and have not stopped. Nothing in the word of God says that it has. Those who say the gifts have ceased can not provide one verse in the word of God to support that understanding.

However, Pentecostals and Charismatic have provided much foolishness to distract from the very word of God and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. This needs to stop. Insulting those who speak foolishly about the Gifts of the Holy Spirit makes us just as foolish.
It is not needed. The word of God is more than enough to prove the gifts have not ceased. And If those who say it has stopped because they have not seen it, that is a personal issue they need to pray about and ask God why.

The Holy Spirit is my best friend...I don't like people lying about Him. He has feelings too, you know!
Calling people liberals and new agers. Point out where I'm not telling the truth and I'll take it back!
Okay, perhaps he's not ugly and his mother didn't dress him funny. Sometimes people need a taste of their own medicine before they'll stop their bad behavior.
We are to not speak of the Holy Spirit in a profane(make common) manner. Holy Spirit is not our friend He is the Spirit of the living God who when we speak of him must be done with humility and reverence.

Thank you. I'm predictable because I'm right and I know I'm right. I'm probably not right on a lot of things but on this, yeah, I am. So get in line, tell me how afraid I should be; water off a duck's back.

Actually, I have nothing against Pentecostals or Charismatics. I know many of them and they're the sweetest people I know. But when it comes to the truth about their doctrine and their history they're clueless. And not just clueless but willingly so.
Your estimation on Copeland and other propheteers is correct and this you can say you are "right".

Concerning the Scripture and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, you lack understanding.

Do not confuse the two.
Copeland is a money grabber using the word for profit

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth which leads us into all Truth in the Scriptures for our edification and growth in the Spirit.

This right here is what keeps the lie alive. It's a very common misdirection ploy. Don't look at us, look at this other really bad guy. By comparison we're alright.

I will say this I have never followed Copeland or any person on Tv but when I first heard Copland speak HE Jesus is Lord and the only way to Heaven. TO That I say amen. everything else he does is between him and God. Any teaching I have heard outside the word of God I am able to correct in the discipleship of others and I don't even need to mention their names. But when teaching is said that is unbiblical The Holy Spirit will let you know as you pray and study the word of God.

YOU are not to...you have your relationship with Him and I have mine. If He has a problem with me calling Him friend, He'll tell me.
Reverential awe? Oh yeah. I got that the first time I saw His glory. He is awesome beyond words.
The Father likes me sitting on His lap...you should try it sometime. I'm talking in the Spirit, of course!

Calling those who have been baptized in the Holy Spirit 'a bad guy' is the real 'bad guy lie'.

The Lord will deal with me as He sees fit. I just get tired of the constant unloving insults all the time, unopposed. This will never change anything! Look, you kick me in the shins enough times, don't be surprised if I eventually kick you back. How about holding the one who starts it accountable?

I'm not trying to tell anyone what or what not to believe. Words hurt. You know, the power of life and death is in the tongue?
When a young child starts biting others, you try to reason with them. If it doesn't work, and if you acknowledge the other children's pain, as a last resort, you bite the child. It is very effective.

seeing His Glory? This is what my Baptist brothers are talking about. many Charimitics are so spiritually bound they are no earthly good. The word of God says we are not to make Common the Spirit of God. In the manner in which you used Freind in relationship to the Holy Spirit.

You said: The Holy Spirit is my best friend...I don't like people lying about Him.

YOU do not have the knowledge of who has Lied to the Spirit of God. Therefore you have no reason not to like people. When you are commanded to love them. You are not a prophet nor do you hold that office.

Jesus was the first Pentecostal.

Jesus, as the first Pentecostal, said to His disciples - "follow Me"

Jesus, as the first Penetcostal, said to His disciples -"wait for the Promise of the Father which you have heard from Me.........

So the Disciples heard the Word of God, believed on Him and were all Baptized in the power of the Holy Spirit - me too!!!

First pentecostal...Christ....?...show me scriptures.
Even show me one scripture which supports any denomination.

I you start uttering words that no one in the room can understand, it is of no benefit to anyone. Therefore, they should not be uttered.
Nor is the spirit that guides those words "Holy".
There is ZERO support for this activity in scripture.
IMHO
You must read from the MRV Bible

Now we are to select a particular version of the Bible to validate a point!!!!!!?

If it was not so serious...it would be funny.
no, but one should know the context and origin of the term one uses when saying something is a denomination when it was not :)

and FYI the Acts chapter 2 experience is in all version of the Bible )
