Scripture cannot disagree with scripture.
ALL scripture must reconcile or your understanding is flawed, not scripture.
Jesus spent 3 full days and nights in the tomb AND rose on the third day.
This is how we test scripture against scripture. Don't they teach that in Sunday School?
Nope, any portion of a day is counted as a full day.

Can you prove that using scripture?
"ON the third day" (1 Corinthians 15:4), "IN three days"(John 2:19), "after three days" (Matt. 27:63) "three days and three nights" do not contradict to one another. You guys are confused because you fail to see the whole picture. You only pick one of these and build your own theory around it.

I wanted you to prove this: Nope, any portion of a day is counted as a full day.

Rev 2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

Can this ten days be actually 8 with the first and last just a partial day or does God actually mean a full ten days?

Yes, if imprisoned at any time during the first day and released at any time during the tenth day. That counted as ten days. A biblical day is counted from sunset to sunset, one example about the Day of Atonement in Lev. 23:27 and 23:32 - "Also the tenth day of this seventh month shall be the Day of Atonement";"It shall be to you a sabbath of solemn rest, and you shall afflict your souls; on the ninth day of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you shall celebrate your sabbath."

Also, you can see that in the institution of Pentecost in Lev. 23:16 - "Count FIFTY DAYS to the day after the seventh sabbath;" The day after the seventh sabbath is the 50th day, that day is obviously COUNTED as a full day. It's not delayed to beginning of Monday for 50 full days, that would be ridiculous.

That sounds like full days. Where in scripture does one part of a day count as a full day?

See the definition of Pentecost above. Sabbath is the 7th day, 7 sabbaths are 49 days, the DAY after that is Pentecost. The 50th day, not the 51st day.

Still not seeing an answer to my question: Where in scripture does one part of a day count as a full day? Post a verse that says part of a day was counted as a full day.

I already did. Lev. 23:16 - "Count FIFTY DAYS to the day after the seventh sabbath;" The 50th day is the Pentecost, not the 51st; and by the definition of a biblical day in 23:32, any part after the sunset of the 49th day is considered the 50th day.

I don't see that in the verse. There is nothing about a 49th day.

Lev 23:16 Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the LORD.

7th Sabbath is obviously the 49th day.

Here is one example of a part day acting as a full day.

Esther 4:16
Go, gather all the Jews who are found in Susa, and fast for me; do not eat or drink for three days, night or day.

Esther 5:1
Now it came about on the third day that Esther put on her royal robes and stood in the inner courtyard of the king’s palace

Impossible. It says AFTER the 7th Sabbath to count 50 days. The 7th Sabbath is not any of the 50 days.
It also says TO THE DAY after the 7th Sabbath. You're not so dumb to suggest that it actually means the 99th day, are you?

Here is a question I hope you can answer.

Exodus 12:18
In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at evening, you shall eat unleavened bread, until the twenty-first day of the month at evening.

Leviticus 23:6
Then on the fifteenth day of the same month there is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to the Lord; for seven days you shall eat unleavened bread.

So which day or night is the first day of Unleavened Bread, the 14th or the 15th?

Here is another part day viewed as a full day.

Luke24
21 But we were hoping that it was He who was going to redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, it is now the third day since these things happened. 22 But also some women among us left us bewildered. When they were at the tomb early in the morning, 23 and did not find His body, they came, saying that they had also seen a vision of angels who said that He was alive. 24 And so some of those who were with us went to the tomb, and found it just exactly as the women also had said; but Him they did not see.” 25 And then He said to them, “You foolish men and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!

Jesus was observed to be risen on the third day by the two disciples on the road to Ammaus.

I win, you lose.

Evening on the 14th is the start of the 15th day.
