Why is God's Name NOT in the Bible?

God’s name seems to be pronounced as something like “Ya-way” though He has titles too. Two of them that I am familiar with is First and the Last and Master of the universe. God bless.

You are right! God has more awesome titles and descriptions than we can even fathom. He only has one Name, though, and he repeats it over and over in scripture and declares that everyone will know it. Just trying to help in that regard.

Right on that’s fine too. It depends how He wants to be identified, though. The bulk majority of biblical examples are not Father though. It’s my personal conviction and experience that the reason for that is God wants to be identified in different ways from time to time.

Yes, a lot of people say "Yaweh" but it is actually "Yahuah" (IMHO). The is no long "A" sound. Consider "Yahudah" Judah, "Yahudim" Judeans, or even NetanYAHU. these are only a few of countless examples referring to God within proper names and places. That's why the name "Yahusha" Joshua means something like "God is salvation". This is actually probably closer to the name of Jesus, Yahushua or Yahusha. With our access to knowledge these days our understanding should grow rampantly.

You are giving your interpretation of the information on the names. I tend to use the names that Israeli Jews use. Otherwise, things tend to get divisive very quickly.
Groups I follow include, "One For Israel," "B'ney Yoseph North America," And "Commonwealth Of Israel.com."

I believe you're looking for Jah.
I like His Greek name better. Abba. I think it's pronounced Ab'ba.

From the research I’ve done there is a long A sound used in Hebrew but I’m certainly not an expert. The correct pronunciation is a mixed bag of opinions on the internet. My personal experience has been a sound like “ya-way.”

The actual Hebrew letters are YHWH. That is just fact. My interpretation is only on how it is pronounced. It certainly would not be the first time if I am wrong saying "Yahuah". May God judge me on intent. We do know, however, that there is no J sound or V sound in any of the early languages.

You are right about the long A sound. I'm no expert, either. I get a lot of things wrong. Certainly no J or V, though.

I believe that the Trinity is One. God is expressed in 3 ways. Maybe it is for our better understanding. I'm not sure.
I do believe that one might say that Jesus IS God (expressed in the flesh) and the Holy Spirit IS God (expressed in spirit).
Something along those lines but I am always open to a better understanding.

yes, indeed a short a. But the J is actually the Yod letter pronounced like Yah. No J in Hebrew.
