For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Eph 6;12
That's extra-dimensional, not inter-dimensional. ;)

I know, right?

"You only have to grind for five straight days to afford the hideout? Wow, that beats real life hands-down!"
Where does, "You only have to grind for five straight days to afford the hideout? Wow, that beats real life hands-down!" come from? Movie quote?

Actually "interdimensional vs extradimensional" is an interesting question, and fun words to swing around.

Have you heard the phrase, "the spiritual dimension"? We use it as a general description of a dimension that is "beyond" the earthy dimension as we know it.

For the most part, space aliens were understood as extraterrestrial, meaning not from earth, but from outer space, which in antiquity is referred to "the heavens". But now Ufology more believes space aliens are interdimensional, that is traveling between dimensions. Popping from 'theirs' to 'ours', and then back or to other dimensions... because the UFOs are seen to disappear as often as flying into outer space.

Extradimensional is generally defined as "originating outside the known physical reality of the universe". Whereas interdimensional is understood as "The prefix inter means something belongs to or transits between more than one area. For example, international means involving multiple nations (international flights, international soccer championships). Interstate roads are roads that pass through multiple states. Interdimensional then is a term for things or beings that transit through different dimensions, one which have origins involving more than one dimension."

And so, from the Alex Jones gif, he meant interdimensional, as did I, as we're specifying the back-and-forth aspect. If something stays outside of our dimension in every conceivable way, then we know nothing of it.

I rarely see the term extradimensional used. As it's defined as "originating outside the known physical reality of the universe", the term "known physical reality of the universe" is apparently a moving target, as humankind learns more every day. Particles or waves we once knew nothing of, we do now. And it begs the question: known by who, or 'whos'? And then how are we defining "physical reality" and "the universe". The term, or definition, is racked with problems.

Yeah. That's exactly what I meant. My reply was to Tabin and I was referring to the content of Tabin's post. Those enemies Tabin was talking about are definitely extra-dimensional, not inter-dimensional.

I keep trying to decide if you are serious or trolling. Did you honestly not notice I quoted Tabin's post?

No, I'm just to jumpy with my replies lately. I'm doing other things at the same time. I mistakenly thought you meant to reply to me, cause I had (replied) asked you what you thought about interdimensional beings.

What's that line from?

What's your view on interdimensional beings?
As far as I know the line was only from me. People talk about how long they have to grind to get something in a video game, but it's still multiple orders of magnitude less than how long you have to grind to get a house in real life.

I don't spend a lot of time thinking about interdimensional beings because if they are real there's not much I can do about them. I can't travel between dimensions. Even if I tried to do something, they could just hop away and there wouldn't be a thing I could do about it.

Not so much funny but odd. Adult animation has been around for decades. Why do these people still treat it as a lower form of media for only younger viewers? 🤔 Jeez I can't count how many times I got picked on in highschool for liking anime 😅 FB_IMG_1648598099856.jpg

Don't know. I couldn't find a consensus on it. If it's considered an unsavory medium than it doesn't matter since most people at the Oscars didn't watch or pay attention to any of it. My point is it's not a "Kids only medium" and it hasn't been for decades and decades.

I just meant, you're obviously a fan of animated film and series, so you probably know the good from the bad. I was asking you what your favorites were for films and series?

You a big fan of Ninja Scroll (1993), Ghost In The Shell (1995), Akira (1988), Spirited Away (2001), The Incredibles?
