Well darn... Because 'Q' says that he, Xi and the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia are all part of the Global Alliance that are (as we say in high level clearance operations) 'Read-On' to the Covert Military Intelligence Operation' with the Strategic Plan and Intent to BRING DOWN the DS....
