I've seen metion of men doing some handyman jobs so housework is a womans job...well this woman can and does also cut grass, change toilet seats, kills bugs, can change tires if i have to...it doesnt hurt a fellow to rinse up after himself every once in a while. A couple should balance eachother out. Why cant we share all the chores/experiences ? I love getting my hands dirty working on things..
You mean like, cook? Take out the trash? Clean out the gutters, Hang curtains, change the oil, AND do the dishes?

Ha! All in a day's work baby! Who needs a woman? ;)

I've been watching an Australian series called, "Back To The Basics," and there's a couple that goes off on survival trips along the coast on their boat. Fran is right in there swimming among the sharks and crocodiles, spearfishing supper!
Sometimes I wonder about those Aussies! Lol

Being single's not all bad.
People usually rank being single is DEFINITELY better than being in a bad relationship, but worse than being in a good relationship.

Unfortunately this is the world we live in, corrupted with temptation, lies, hate, etc etc. we shouldn’t be surprised that these things happen but we should be expected to ask God to help and guide us through these troubling times.

Women put down men when they become disappointed in them for various reasons (not being a provider, not being responsible, infidelity, etc.).

Men put down women when they feel insecure or feel like their authority is being stepped upon (they believe most women are prostitutes and out to get their money somehow, the woman is smarter/more educated and this isn't the way it's supposed to be, etc.)

Picking on eachother's looks is just an easy way to make a person feel bad if they want to hurt someone. It's just an added bonus to the insults.

Well said! Completely agree. Every couple is different with different skills and interests, they figure it out.

If you were referencing my post, I hope you caught I specifically referenced the OP's "woman groups who complain men don't help with housework". I was asking if those specific 'complaining women' were aware what the husband/partner was doing when, apparently, not doing what they termed as "housework". So I wasn't talking about you or all women. And wasn't saying any divisions of labor are some sort of a rule. But also we know how the vast majority of households divide things in general.

I'm assuming both of us are not married or living with a partner, and so I'm sure you aren't 'complaining' either. = ) If you live in a house that you care for, or helped out with all these type of things, like me, then Im sure you know and appreciate them better than most. And I do all the housework. lol

When I marry I'll be very happy to hear her say, 'hey, i know a lot about cars, how about i come out and we'll check this out together?' Or even, 'i want to learn more about cars.' Whatever the case. It's more fun to do things together.

Question; Is being single easier for men or women? ;)
