What you're referring to here is the second time the angels fall, and this event has not yet happened, but the people alive in that time will certainly know it, and the wise will see the wondrous signs that precede this terrible event. Though it is good to the point of the parallels which Jude and Peter draw between the End and the time of Noah.

Merely pointing out if they are able to change to be human like, then the Fallen Angels are able to change to be demon like and can change to be human like for their own evil plan.

I think the plain reading of the bible is that these "sons of God" were angels. Anything else is trying to re-explain it because we don't like (or believe) the implications. Jude clearly relates the sin of Sodom (abominable relations) to the sin of these angels (union with women - different kind), so I don't know how the bible could be any clearer on the matter.
Jude 1:6-7
And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

Why should we assume that Satan would be included among the group referred to as the sons of God, considering the conjunction 'and' rather than something such as 'of which' is used, even if he is 'among' them. After all, we don't assume that apples and oranges are of the exact group although it may be said that apples are among the oranges in a basket containing apples and oranges.
Genesis 6
Genesis 6:4 "There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown."
Notice the distinction between the sons of GOD and daughters of MEN. It is clear these are angels because if they were just men, there would be no distinction. These angels are the angels that "kept not their first estate"(Jude 1:6). Also, notice their offspring were giants.
Where did the giants come from? An entire race…
