Umm... have you never heard of self-defense? Isn't this why we have a second amendment in the US? (I'm assuming you're American??)Well, my son attacked my ex-wife last night and almost killed her. He was telling her his plans for killing me. She tried to talk him out of it. The cops here in town did nothing, so he plans on killing me for sure tonight. I guess nobody cares anymore so why should I? I am sick and tired of everything around here. If he is successful, this is goodbye.
Either way, you have no recourse other than to just submit? Why?

I was diagnosed with CHF Feb. last year. Then got hit by a van the night I was released from that hospital. Besides pain and suffering in the flesh all my worries were in and of the flesh. I concur with @Lafftur You're a kings kid or should I rephrase it? We'll see each other at the wedding. Praise Jesus.
The attack on my ex was a ruse and she is okay. They are getting really desperate and are pulling the stops out trying to get me to act irrationally. I am just finding out this is all about fraud and money. A fellow truck driver that I led to the Lord in '84 had won the lottery. He seeded just over $18 million dollars to get my books published. He couldn't find me so he did so with my daughter thinking she would do right by me. She immediately pulled the books from my publisher [forged power of attorney?] and published them herself without my knowledge.
The Armstrongites charged me with plagiarism because I used their publication for European history and did not list it. They sued and asked both my books be pulled in. She has fought this on her own and now has to come up with $106 million dollars. I was trying to make the books public domain and that could be a path to save them. But she can't pay back that much money even if she sells the book stores. I can't even get lawyer money from her. I think she wants me in prison for her indiscretions. Pray for me.

My books have been cleared of plagiarism and copyright infringement and the original publisher wanted to buy them out for 2 million dollars. My daughter payed 3 million just so she can kill them. All my kids belong to the murderous cult so I need to tread lightly. That cult does not want my books back on the market. My daughter has spread the millions throughout the family. A couple members did not want it. They called it blood money. I need an attorney in the worst way. My understanding is the books grossed over 266 million dollars. Pray for me.

The Second Amendment is no good to me as my kids told some county law that I am unstable, so I am blocked from firearms. You must realize my kids are working for Mick Terrell who happens to be Satan's sidekick. He is the one that has all these people in the free-for-all sex clubs. They call themselves "The Way." They simply claim non-monogamy but in reality they are rank pedophiles trafficking children as sex slaves. Once they are old enough to drive they work as call girls until at least 30 years-old. (My step grand daughter is 29 & still used.)
Law enforcement around here is really corrupt and many mayors are in the sex clubs. Terrell put my kids up to stealing that money and promised them positions in a new government. They say they are starting Christ's Empire (Kingdom) right here in the good old USA. It gets very complex and I am not sure how to fight them. They have people ready to kill for them. I am not sure if I am to be martyred or not. I can't seem to keep up my strength to do anything.
My daughter announced this evening that no money was left to accumulate interest (or more money) & was all distributed. She was still rambling about how I did not write my books. She justifies herself with that and I don't deserve any money. Which is what I got--none.

I cannot believe that any person can make an accusation that keeps you from your civil rights. That makes NO sense, unless you live in some crazy "blue" state. Either way, I don't see why you could not fight something like that. I mean, someone makes an accusation and it's assumed as fact? Why have juries? This makes no sense.
