I stopped watch T.V. in the 90s because I didn't want it defiling my soul.
Goldberg...isn't her using that name called cultural appropriation?
The far-left can be such hypocrites!

It would not be a normal news day without some kind of controversy arising from The View. Whoppi Goldberg is catching flank with regards to a comment she made about the holocaust. Essentially, she said that the killing of Jews was not race related since Germans and European Jews are both Caucasian. I she correct or incorrect? I don’t know and I don’t care because she simply is not a very intelligent woman who is drive by identity politics. I have a real dislike for this show as I believe it puts more animosity out there in an already divided America. Is this a real pundit outlet or more akin to trashy day-time talk shows? I lean more towards the latter.

Is she correct? Gee idk let's ask Hitler, who was trying to eliminate an entire race of people. In other words no she's wrong.

Whoppi believes only black people can endure racism. That's the truth...and because she's so egocentric she can't see white people going through racism even if they're literally in concentration camps!

The irony is that if a white person said this they would have fired them. None the less an African American making millions of dollars and living better than most can claim systematic racism. It's a Marxist strategy. In her case though I think she's just very self centered.

Jews are an ethnic group but they are still whites...
No. Jews are NOT whites. Those descended from their Hebrew ancestors are Semites -- similar to the Arabs (descended from Ishmael as well as others connected to them). Then we have the Russian and Eastern European Jews who are descended from the Khazars (from Central Asia).

Would it help to know her story, as a child she endured abuses including domestic violence, incest, pedophilia, poverty, racism, and sexism. Granted, we are talking about her role as Celie Harris in the Color Purple. But she won the award for Best Actress in a Drama so you know this was so real for her that she could make it real to us as well.

Not only so but she grew up in a public housing near the cotton fields in Manhattan, so when she talks about racism she knows what she is talking about, it is as real to her as to any person watching a movie.

Also I would point out that she has stood up for others when they were maligned, she defended Michael Vick, defended Bill Cosby and defended Roman Polansky saying "it wasn't rape rape". This is true, what Polansky did was not "rape rape" I have no idea what "rape rape" is but he has never once been charged with "rape rape".

When the northern Hebrews passed through the Caucacus Mountains, they were called Caucasians.

is it when you are raped twice.

sorry no idea.

I think most people of colour have endured racism (overt and subtle) but many who are not coloured just wouldnt understand what its really like and live in blissful ignorance of it. Jewish people dont actually qualify as 'white'...

to be ' white' means mostly WASP white, anglo saxon protestant.
so Irish catholics would be put down by WASPS which is the whole conflicting thing in Northern Ireland.

and as far as most people can tell. they look the same just sound different when they open their mouths

But if you have completely differnt skin, eye and hair colour and quickly judged as inferior based on that then thats racism.

also, it doesnt matter how big a pile of money you make, if you not respected (and no amount of money can buy that respect) or your children arent then it doesnt really amount to a hill of beans.

maybe ....just stop the racism? . Its on you to change your attitude toward other people.
