Is it Biblical to marry a divorced person?

Could I ask you question? What are the purpose of marriage? Why would any person want to get married? There is higher purpose for marriage but many enter into bondage through marriage.
Well there are many reasons to get married. Like two will chase ten thousand unlike one "company". Etc

Purposes for marriage? It is a righteous avenue for acting out 'be fruitful and multiply.' A Christian marriage is a relationship which can depict the relationship between Christ and the church. It is a union that can produce children who can be raised to fear God.
And for those would otherwise struggle with lusts, marriage provides a righteous means through which to fulfill desires and diminish the temptations of lust. It also provides a righteous means for producing children for those who desire to have them. The same is true of desires for affection, 'romantic companionship', etc. and things that may be related to sexuality but are not sex per se.
I do not know of people who literally teach that divorced people are unclean. But I do not think this verse should be used to encourage married people to take divorce lightly. That was not its meaning in context.

as far as I know its biblical to marry a widow...it was done all the time and there didnt seem to be many problems
but marrying a divorcee comes with a few problems, vengeful or hurt exes, step-children and maybe unfinished business with property, alimony, child support payment issues etc
which is why it goes to court and gets settled there...I think thats why there are rules in some countries about how long you have had to live apart for or even things like restraining orders.
Married couples who choose to separate can also reconcile. Its not really heard of for divorced couples to reconcile. Once its done, its done. You cant undivorce.
This doesnt stop people from things like...falling in love with a divorcee

and remarrying someone else, often a divorce due to adultery will go off with their 'lover' and then marry them causing the other to decide its futile to reconcile and go off and find someone else as well.

of course men need help though they cant really survive without women...this was before Jesus said he would send us all a helper - the Holy Spirit
few people treat women as the Holy Sprit through..,watch out if you ever grieve or insult the Holy Spirit because once doing that its an unforgiveable sin ...seriously

Is citing sola scriptura, living inerrant work of God beating up women? Or is it showing them that the world is wrong and scripture is right; that's what upsets them all, they have mbeen taught we are equls from birth

You're kidding, right? Paul was given Holy Wisdom by God, according to Peter.
2 Peter 3:15-16 NLT - "And remember, our Lord's patience gives people time to be saved. This is what our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you with the wisdom God gave him-- 16 speaking of these things in all of his letters. Some of his comments are hard to understand, and those who are ignorant and unstable have twisted his letters to mean something quite different, just as they do with other parts of Scripture. And this will result in their destruction."
Perhaps, like Peter stated, the Word of Paul is too difficult for you to understand?

If they are the morally innocent party of the divorce, yes, it's ok to seek a relationship with such a person. However, there is a bit of a caveat here...it depends on what complexities are present from their past relationship, as to whether or not they would be presently or ultimately 'suitable' for remarriage. You have to tread carefully in entering a relationship with any person that has had a recent relationship break up, whether that be from a certified marriage or defacto relationship, and in particular if children are involved. For mine, someone that has been through a relationship breakdown, and has suffered yet allowed themselves to be taught by the experience, may well have better insights into good partnering and parenting, than many that haven't had the experience.
